انضم إلى فريق ويذرفورد في الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية، كأخصائي إصلاح وصيانة المستوى الثالث لخدمات تسجيل أثناء الحفر (LWD). ستتولى مسؤولية المساعدة في تطوير إستراتيجية صيانة قائمة على الموثوقية تعتمد على الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية لمعدات خط الإنتاج، والعمل مباشرة مع مدير الصيانة لبناء نظام موثوق وفريق صيانة فعال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء الإصلاحات المتقدمة والصيانة على أدوات وأنظمة LWD، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصناعة وسياسات الشركة.
- إجراء استكشاف الأخطاء والتشخيص المتقدم لمعدات LWD باستخدام الأساليب اليدوية والحاسوبية.
- التعاون مع العاملين الميدانيين لتقديم الدعم الفني والتدريب في الموقع عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاحات وأداء المعدات.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ جداول وإجراءات الصيانة.
- دعم تصميم وتحسين أدوات ومعدات LWD من خلال تقديم الملاحظات والرؤى المستندة إلى الخبرات الميدانية.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة السلامة وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة داخل الفريق.
- توجيه وتدريب الفنيين المبتدئين وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
- المشاركة في تخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع، وتقديم المدخلات بشأن اختيار المعدات واستراتيجيات الصيانة.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالتطورات التكنولوجية في أنظمة LWD وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد ضمن بيئة فريق.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- مهارات متوسطة/متقدمة في Excel وWord.
- الرغبة في التعلم وتحدي العمليات الحالية.
- اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم والتحليل واستكشاف الأخطاء والعمل الجماعي.
- موقف إيجابي ودرجة عالية من الانضباط الذاتي والتحفيز.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم عالي مع خبرة ذات صلة.
- خبرة ذات صلة تتراوح بين 5-7 سنوات في إصلاح واستكشاف أخطاء أجهزة استشعار LWD وأدوات DS.

Job Overview
As LWD R&M Specialist III has responsibility for assisting with the development of reliability-based maintenance strategy, based on preventive and predictive maintenance for the product line equipment. Work directly with the Maintenance Manager to build a reliable system and maintenance team. Works with Repair and Maintenance Technicians to schedule workload. Primarily activity is at workshop, troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishing, implementing mandatory modifications and executing and/or planning preventive and corrective maintenance of field equipment and tools, helping to mitigate assets related non-productive time and improve overall field service delivery performance. He/she may be required to attend a client location to perform his/her duties whenever an R&M task is deemed necessary to carry over a field operation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on LWD tools and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on LWD equipment, utilizing both manual and computerized methods.
- Collaborate with field personnel to provide on-site technical support and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Support the design and improvement of LWD equipment and tools by providing feedback and insights based on field experiences.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Mentor and train junior technicians and other team members.
- Participate in project planning and execution, providing input on equipment selection and maintenance strategies.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in LWD systems and industry best practices.
