تفاصيل الوظيفة
يسعى شركة سامسونج إي آند إيه إلى توظيف مفتش جودة ميكانيكي (QC Inspector - Mechanical) في مدينة الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان التحكم في حالة التفتيش من خلال أدوات فعّالة مثل مصفوفة التفتيش.
- إدارة وإجراء التفتيش على الأعمال الميكانيكية.
- إعداد طلبات التفتيش للعميل (RFI) عند الحاجة، مع إشعار كافٍ لنقاط الإيقاف والمعاينة والتفتيش.
- إعداد / مراجعة مستندات إجراءات الجودة المقدمة من المقاولين من الباطن مثل خطة اختبار التفتيش (ITP) وطلب الموافقة على المواد (MAR).
- إعداد / مراجعة / اعتماد تقارير التفتيش ذات الصلة حيث يتم تسجيل نتائج التفتيش.
- التحكم في حالة التفتيش باستخدام أدوات منهجية مثل مصفوفة التفتيش.
- وضع وتطبيق عملية تفتيش عملية للتخصص المعني بناءً على متطلبات المشروع والكودات الدولية (توفير ITP وإدارة المصفوفة).
- التحكم في إغلاق تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) خلال الموعد المحدد ودعم إعداد خطة الإجراءات التصحيحية بشكل صحيح.
- أداء وتنسيق التفتيش مع العميل.
- تولي مسؤولية مشرف الجودة في غيابه.
- التحكم في مخالفات الجودة من خلال محادثات صندوق الأدوات المنتظمة مع فريق الإنشاءات.
- مراجعة وتتبع مستندات المواد المطلوبة للأعمال الميكانيكية القابلة للتحديد قبل الاجتماعات التحضيرية.
- عقد اجتماعات تحضيرية مع المقاولين من الباطن فيما يتعلق بالأعمال الميكانيكية القابلة للتحديد.
- تفتيش تسليمات المواد الواردة من خلال تأكيد المواصفات والامتثال للمستندات المعتمدة، وإجراء الفحوصات البصرية وقياسية بالتعاون مع فريق اللوجستيات في الموقع.
- رفض وتسهيل إعادة المواد غير المقبولة.
- ضمان تطبيق الدروس المستفادة واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية المناسبة.
- مراقبة وتفتيش الأنشطة الميكانيكية المحددة مثل تركيب المعدات الثابتة والدوارة في الموقع.
- ضمان إجراء الأنشطة الميكانيكية الحرجة مثل توازي الشفاه للمعدات الدوارة والمحاذاة النهائية والتفتيش النهائي وفقًا للعقد والمواصفات والمتطلبات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.
- حاصل على شهادة من API (API 653 و API 510).
- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات في تخصص التفتيش أو المجال الميداني وسنتان في إدارة نطاق عقد العمل.
- خبرة عمل مباشرة ومعرفة شاملة بالمعدات الميكانيكية الثابتة والدوارة والمواد والإنشاءات وما قبل التشغيل وأنشطة الجودة المطلوبة للعمل.
- خبرة في أرامكو إلزامية، وإذا كان لديك رقم SAP واجتزت اختبار CBT، فيرجى ذكر ذلك في سيرتك الذاتية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تقنية وإلمام بالكودات والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة في التخصص.
- القدرة على التحقق من استخدام أدوات التفتيش والاختبار المناسبة.
- التحقيق في حالات عدم المطابقة والملاحظات وتحليلها وإيجاد الحلول.
- القدرة على تخطيط ومراقبة عمليات التفتيش لمشاريع متوسطة الحجم (0.5~1.5 مليار دولار).
- معرفة شاملة بكودات ومعايير الهندسة ذات الصلة مثل ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA, ASME BPVC (الأقسام I, V, VIII و IX)؛ ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 و B73؛ NACE SPs, API 620, API 650 و AWS D1.1.
- معرفة شاملة بفحص واختبار أنظمة العمليات الميكانيكية؛ الإجراءات والأدوات ومعدات الاختبار المستخدمة في الاستلام والتخزين والتصنيع والتركيب والإنشاء وما قبل التشغيل للتربينات البخارية والاحتراقية ومحركات الديزل والمضخات والضواغط والمحركات والمولدات والخلاطات والمحركات والمراوح وعلب التروس ومضخات ومواتير مكافحة الحرائق وأنظمة التبريد والتزييت المساعدة ومعدات العمليات المعبأة والأنابيب ووصلات الأنابيب والصمامات وأوعية الضغط والسخانات والخزانات والصلب الإنشائي والعزل الساخن/البارد وغيرها من المعدات والمواد حسب متطلبات العمل.
- اختصاص الوظيفة: دراسة ITP، منع وحل التناقضات، التفتيش المسبق، إدارة RFI، إدارة إغلاق النقاط المفتوحة، تنفيذ إغلاق النقاط المفتوحة، إكمال الإنشاءات، أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل، بدء تشغيل المصنع، التشغيل، الصيانة، التسليم النهائي.

Job Description
General Characteristics (Job Summary)
- Perform quality activities in accordance with quality management system established.
- Establish inspection and test plans and its record forms as per project requirements and international codes & standards.
- Carry out inspections on discipline responsible to determine whether work performed conforms to quality requirements, and recording its result.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure inspection status is controlled through efficient tools such as inspection matrix.
Managing and performing inspection of Mechanical discipline.
Generate client Requests For Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for hold, witness and inspection points.
Prepare / Review the following Quality procedure documents submitted by the Subcontractors such are Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Material Approval Request (MAR).
Prepare / Review / Approve the related inspection reports where inspection results are recorded.
Controlling inspection status by using systematic tools such as inspection matrix.
Setting and applying practical inspection process of particular discipline based on Project requirements and International Codes (providing ITP & managing Matrix).
Control NCRs to be closed out within the due date and supporting to prepare Corrective Action Plan properly.
Performing and coordinating inspection with client.
Carry out QC Supervisor’s responsibility in their absence.
Control quality violations through regular tool box talk with the construction team.
Review and track material submittals required for Mechanical Definable Features of Work prior to Preparatory Meetings.
Conduct Preparatory Meetings with Subcontractors related to Mechanical Definable Features of Work.
Inspect incoming material deliveries by confirming specifications and compliance with approved submittals, conduct visual and measurement tests in conjunction with the onsite logistics team.
Reject and facilitate the return of unacceptable materials.
Ensure to apply lessons learnt and proper preventive action conducted.
Monitor and inspect specific Mechanical related activities such as site erection of static and rotating equipment.
Ensure critical mechanical activities such as rotating equipment flange parallelism, final alignment and final inspection to be conducted as per Contract, Specification and Requirements.
Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Certified by API (API 653 and API 510)
Experience
- Overall experience of 5 years with 3 years in Inspection speciality or field and 2 years in managing the contract scope of work.
- Have direct work experience and thorough knowledge of static and rotating mechanical equipment, commodities, materials construction, Pre-Commissioning and quality activities required for the work.
Key Requirement
- Aramco experience us a must, if you have SAP No. and pass the CBT, please mention it in your CV.
Knowledge
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with related international codes and standards in particular discipline.
- Able to check that suitable and appropriate inspection and test tools are used.
- Investigate and analyze nonconformities and observations and figuring out solutions.
- Capability of planning and controlling inspections for medium scale project (0.5~1.5 billion dollar).
- Should possess thorough knowledge of work-related engineering codes and standards, such as ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA, ASME BPVC (Sections I, V, VIII and IX); ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and B73; NACE SPs, API 620, API 650 and AWS D1.1.
- Should possess thorough knowledge of mechanical process systems inspection and testing; procedures, tools and test equipment used in receiving, storage, fabrication, erection, construction and Pre-Commissioning of steam and combustion turbines, diesel engines, pumps, compressors, motors and generators, mixers and agitators, fans, gearboxes, firewater pumps and motors, auxiliary cooling and lubrication systems, packaged process equipment, pipe, pipe fittings, valves, pressure vessels, fired heaters, tanks, structural steel, hot/cold insulation and other equipment and commodities as required for the work.
