تعلن شركة سامسونج إي آند إيه (Samsung E&A) عن توفر وظيفة HSE Trainer (Change Culture Agent) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل هذا الدور كمحفز ومسؤول رئيسي عن تسهيل أنشطة برنامج ثقافة السلامة S.A.Y (Safety Around You) في المشروع. يشترط أن يمتلك المرشح المهارة والقدرة على تحفيز وإدارة وتنسيق جهود الثقافة. كما يُعتبر الشخص الذي يتولى إدارة وتسهيل أنشطة البرنامج الثقافي في المشروع، ويتصف بالخصائص التالية: مثابر، لطيف وإيجابي في المحادثات، مقنع، ومنفتح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التدريب والإرشاد المتعلق بعناصر البرنامج الثقافي، مع التركيز على القادة الذين يطبقون الأنشطة الثقافية الأساسية.
- تدريب مشرفي سامسونج إي آند إيه والمقاولين من الباطن، بالإضافة إلى فرق العمل والمشرفين ورؤساء العمال.
- إرشاد مدراء إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE Managers) لدى الشركة والعميل والمقاولين من الباطن.
- تقديم تدريب ثقافي لقادة TBM (لمشرفي الإنشاءات ورؤساء العمال ومشرفي/ضباط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة).
- التدريب الميداني للعمال.
- الإشراف على إدارة البرنامج من خلال نشر جميع مكونات البرنامج الثقافي في المشروع.
- جمع مكونات الضمان المطلوبة للمكتب الرئيسي لتحديد جميع مستويات الثقافة.
- تسهيل اجتماعات فرق التعلم (Learning Teams).
- دعم تسهيل اجتماعات فريق القيادة S.A.Y.
- إجراء تقييمات فعالية لوحات TBM وTAKE-5 واللوحات الثقافية.
- مساعدة المقاولين من الباطن في تنفيذ توصيات تحسين الثقافة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- العمر: 40 سنة فما فوق.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة كمدرب أول أو مشرف.
- معرفة في مجال الإنشاءات، الثقافة (السلامة)، التدريب، والإرشاد.
- يجب أن يتمتع بالمصداقية وأن يكون مقبولاً كخبير في مشاريع الإنشاءات.
- مهارات حاسوبية في MS Word وPPT وExcel.
- مؤهل في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE qualification).

Job Description
General Characteristics (Job Summary)
- Acts as the catalyst and assumes the responsibility for facilitating the Samsung Engineering S.A.Y (Safety Around You) Culture program activities on the Project.
- The candidate must have the skill and power to stimulate, manage and coordinate the Culture effort.
- A Change agent is a person who acts as the catalyst and assumes the responsibility for managing and facilitating the Culture program activities on the Project.
- Character traits: Persistent; pleasant and positive in conversations; persuasive; outgoing.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coaching and advising relating to Culture program elements:
- Focus on those leading from the front regarding implementation of key culture activities.
- Coach Samsung E&A and Subcontractor SIs, Supervisors, Foreman and Worker teams.
- Advise HSE Managers (SECL, Client and Subcontractor).
Training and Field Coaching:
- Culture training for TBM Leader (for Construction Supervisors, Foremen and HSE Supervisor/Officers).
- Worker in the field training.
- Project HSE Trainer
Program Management facilitation:
- Deploy all components of the Culture program on the Project.
- Collect the required assurance components for HQ to establish all the Culture levels.
- Facilitate the Learning Teams meetings.
- Support the facilitation of the S.A.Y Leadership Team meetings.
- Conduct TBM, TAKE-5 and Culture Whiteboard effectiveness assessments.
- Assist Subcontractors with the implementation of culture improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
Experience
- Age 40 Years with minimum 15 years’ experience in HSE as Senior Trainer, Supervisor
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Construction; (Safety) Culture; Coaching and delivering training.
- Needs Credibility and be seen and accepted as knowledgeable in construction projects.
- Persistent, pleasant and positive in conversations, persuasive, outgoing, show empathy.
- Computer skills of MS Word, PPT, Excel
