إيجيس تعلن عن وظيفة مفتش (مدني/إنشائي) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن إطار إدارة المشاريع وإدارة الإنشاءات (PMCM).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء التفتيش اليومي لأنشطة الإنشاءات المدنية والإنشائية.
  • التحقق من مطابقة الأعمال للمخططات التفصيلية المعتمدة والمواصفات وبيانات الطرق وإجراءات العقد.
  • مراقبة أنشطة الموقع بما في ذلك أعمال الحفر، الأساسات، الخرسانة المسلحة، التركيبات الهيكلية الفولاذية، أعمال البناء والخرسانة المعمارية، الطرق والأرصفة والأعمال الخارجية، وأعمال المرافق والبنية التحتية.
  • الإشراف على اختبارات وأنشطة مراقبة الجودة وفقاً لخطط التفتيش والاختبار المعتمدة (ITPs).
  • مراجعة طلبات التفتيش (IRs) المقدمة من المقاولين والتحقق من الامتثال لنظام إدارة الجودة وإجراءات PMCM.
  • مراقبة تسليم المواد والتحقق من مطابقتها للعروض المادية المعتمدة، وحضور أنشطة الاختبارات الميدانية والمخبرية.
  • تحديد الأعمال غير المطابقة والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية، والمساعدة في إصدار وإغلاق تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) وتقارير الملاحظات الميدانية (SORs) وطلبات الإجراء التصحيحي (CARs).
  • التحقق من تصحيح الأعمال المعيبة واستكمالها.
  • مراقبة امتثال المقاول لشروط العقد والجداول الزمنية المعتمدة، وتسجيل التأخيرات والانحرافات والتغييرات والمطالبات المحتملة.
  • التحقق من كميات وتقدم الأعمال المنجزة لأغراض إعداد التقارير ودعم شهادات الدفع وتقييمات التقدم.
  • مراقبة الأنشطة الميدانية للتأكد من الامتثال لخطط وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، والإبلاغ عن المخالفات إلى المهندس المقيم وفريق HSE.
  • التنسيق مع مهندسي PMCM والمقاولين واستشاريي التصميم وأصحاب المصلحة وممثلي العميل، وحضور اجتماعات التقدم الفني والتنسيق.
  • إعداد تقارير التفتيش اليومية التي توثق أنشطة الموقع والتقدم والملاحظات الجودة وقضايا السلامة، والحفاظ على سجلات التفتيش والصور ونتائج الاختبارات.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل والتسليم النهائي، والتحقق من إكمال بنود قائمة المتابعة والأعمال المعلقة، ودعم أنشطة الإنهاء والتسليم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • شهادة مهنية أو عضوية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) إلزامية.
  • شهادة معتمدة لأنشطة التفتيش الإنشائي (ميزة إضافية).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الإشراف على الإنشاءات والتفتيش.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة في مشاريع الطيران.
  • خبرة في مشاريع PMCM كبيرة الحجم في مجالات البنية التحتية والنقل والمباني والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات والصناعية والمرافق، مع تفضيل كبير لمشاريع الطيران.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى مكاتب استشارات هندسية أو استشاريي PMCM أو استشاريي الإشراف.
  • خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي / المملكة العربية السعودية مرغوبة بشدة.
  • الإلمام بالكودات البنائية المحلية ومعايير الجودة المعمارية الدولية ومتطلبات التجميعات المقاومة للحريق.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام منصات إدارة الوثائق (Aconex) وبرامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (AutoCAD) وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
  • عين حادة للتفاصيل وعقلية تركز على مراقبة الجودة.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة كتابةً وتحدثاً باللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Job Description

The Inspector (Civil/Structural) is responsible for providing construction supervision, inspection, and quality assurance services on behalf of the Client under the PMCM framework. The role ensures that all civil and structural works are executed in accordance with approved designs, contract requirements, project specifications, applicable codes and standards, quality requirements, HSE regulations, and project schedules.

The Inspector acts as the Client’s site representative for monitoring Contractor activities, verifying construction quality, identifying deficiencies, and supporting the PMCM team in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Inspection & Supervision
• Conduct daily inspections of civil and structural construction activities.
• Verify compliance of works with approved shop drawings, specifications, method statements, and contract requirements.
• Monitor site activities including but not limited:
• Earthworks and excavation
• Foundations and substructures
• Reinforced concrete works
• Structural steel erection
• Masonry and architectural concrete works
• Roads, pavements, and external works
• Utility and infrastructure work
• Ensure works are executed using approved materials, equipment, and construction methodologies.
• Witness inspections, testing, and quality control activities in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

Quality Assurance & Quality Control
• Review and verify Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by Contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and PMCM procedures.
• Monitor material deliveries and verify compliance with approved material submittals.
• Witness laboratory and field-testing activities.
• Identify non-conforming works and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the issuance and close-out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
• Verify rectification and completion of defective works.

Contract Compliance
• Monitor Contractor compliance with contract requirements and approved construction schedules.
• Assist Engineers in recording delays, deviations, variations, and potential claims.
• Verify quantities and progress of completed works for reporting purposes.
• Maintain records supporting project payment certifications and progress assessments.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
• Monitor field activities for compliance with approved HSE plans and procedures.
• Identify unsafe practices, conditions, and environmental violations.
• Report on safety concerns to the Resident Engineer and HSE team.
• Support implementation of project safety initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with PMCM Engineers, Contractors, Design Consultants, Stakeholders, and Client representatives.
• Attend construction progress meetings and technical coordination meetings as required.
• Assist in resolving site construction issues and interface conflicts.
• Provide technical feedback regarding constructability and workmanship matters.

Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare daily inspection reports documenting site activities, progress, quality observations, and safety concerns.
• Maintain inspection records, photographs, testing records, and project documentation.
• Record Contractor manpower, equipment deployment, and construction progress.
• Support preparation of weekly and monthly project reports.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover
• Participate in pre-commissioning and final inspection activities.
• Verify completion of punch-list items and outstanding work.
• Support substantial completion, taking-over, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure as-built documentation reflects completed construction works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.

• Professional certification or membership in SCE is mandatory.
• Valid certification for construction inspection activities is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction supervision and inspection.
• Aviation experience is preferred.
• Experience on large-scale PMCM, infrastructure, transportation, building, mixed-use, industrial, or utility projects. Aviation projects are highly desirable.
• Previous experience working for Engineering Consultants, PMCM Consultants, or Supervision Consultants preferred.
• GCC/KSA experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with local building codes, international architectural quality standards, and fire-rated assembly requirements.
• Proficiency in document control platforms (Aconex), CAD software (AutoCAD), and MS Office.
• Strong eye for detail, quality control mindset
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
