شركة إيكوم (AECOM) تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس مشاريع/مياه أول (Senior Project / Water Engineer) في دبا، تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل على أنظمة المياه الثقيلة والتطبيقات النووية المتخصصة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أجزاء محددة ومعتدلة من مهام أوسع لمهندس مياه ثقيلة (heavy water) ذي خبرة، مع خبرة في أنظمة أكسيد الديوتيريوم (deuterium oxide) والتطبيقات النووية المتخصصة.
- جمع وربط بيانات هندسة المياه الثقيلة باستخدام إجراءات محددة، بما في ذلك التحليل النظائري (isotopic analysis) وتقييمات النقاء ومقاييس أداء النظام.
- العمل على مهام هندسية تفصيلية تتضمن حسابات مفاعلات المياه الثقيلة وإدارة التريتيوم (tritium management) وبروتوكولات اختبار متخصصة.
- اقتراح أساليب لحل تحديات جديدة في هندسة المياه الثقيلة باستخدام تعديلات على الإجراءات القياسية أو طرق مطورة في مهام سابقة.
- تحديد التناقضات في نتائج أنظمة المياه الثقيلة والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
- تقديم إرشاد تقني لمهندسي المستوى المبتدئ حول التعامل مع المياه الثقيلة وبروتوكولات السلامة والإجراءات التشغيلية.
- أداء العمل وفقًا للميزانية والجدول الزمني المتفق عليه مع إشراف محدود، مع الالتزام بالمعايير التنظيمية للمياه الثقيلة.
- إنجاز جميع المهام اللازمة لإكمال عناصر التصميم الأساسية لأعمال هندسة المياه الثقيلة بشكل مستقل، بما في ذلك تحسين النظام وتحليل السلامة.
- يتطلب الأداء في هذا المستوى خبرة تطويرية في منصب مهندس مياه ثقيلة محترف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في هندسة المياه أو أنظمة المياه الثقيلة أو تخصصات الهندسة النووية ذات الصلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو الهندسة النووية أو الهندسة البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- رخصة مهندس محترف (Professional Engineer - PE) أو شهادة الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع المياه الثقيلة وأنظمة أكسيد الديوتيريوم والتطبيقات النووية المتخصصة.
- خبرة مثبتة في التحليل النظائري وتقييمات النقاء وتقييم أداء النظام.
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير التنظيمية ومتطلبات الامتثال لعمليات المياه الثقيلة.
- مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة الفنية والتواصل لإعداد التوثيق والتوجيه الفني.
المؤهلات المفضلة
- درجة متقدمة (ماجستير أو دكتوراه) في الهندسة النووية أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- 15 سنة أو أكثر من الخبرة المتزايدة في هندسة المياه الثقيلة أو تشغيل المرافق النووية.
- خبرة في إدارة التريتيوم (tritium management) وبروتوكولات الاختبار المتخصصة.
- الإلمام بحسابات تصميم المفاعلات ومنهجيات تحليل السلامة.
- سجل في توجيه وتطوير مهندسين مبتدئين.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع ضمن قيود الميزانية والجدول الزمني.

Job Description
• Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced heavy water engineer, with expertise in deuterium oxide systems and specialized nuclear applications.
- Gathers and correlates heavy water engineering data using established procedures, including isotopic analysis, purity assessments, and system performance metrics.
- Works on detailed engineering assignments involving heavy water reactor calculations, tritium management, and specialized testing protocols.
- Proposes approaches to solve new heavy water engineering challenges using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.
- Identifies discrepancies in heavy water system results and recommends corrective actions.
- Provides technical guidance to entry-level engineers on heavy water handling, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision, maintaining compliance with heavy water regulatory standards.
- Independently performs all tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for heavy water engineering works, including system optimization and safety analysis.
- Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional heavy water engineering position.
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in water engineering, heavy water systems, or related nuclear engineering disciplines
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or SCE certification
- Demonstrated expertise in heavy water handling, deuterium oxide systems, and specialized nuclear applications
- Proven experience with isotopic analysis, purity assessments, and system performance evaluation
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for heavy water operations
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills for documentation and guidance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Nuclear Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- 15+ years of progressive experience in heavy water engineering or nuclear facility operations
- Experience with tritium management and specialized testing protocols
- Familiarity with reactor design calculations and safety analysis methodologies
- Track record of mentoring and developing junior engineering staff
- Experience managing projects within budget and schedule constraints
