تعلن شركة إس جي إس (SGS) عن توفر وظيفة "مفتش معدات ثابتة" (Static Equipment Inspector) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والاختبارات (Hold, Witness, Surveillance) في مرافق التصنيع أو مواقع الإنشاء لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات أرامكو السعودية ومواصفات المشروع.
- فحص المواد والمعدات للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات أرامكو السعودية للتداول والتخزين والحماية في مرافق أرامكو ومواقع الإنشاء.
- مراقبة أنظمة الجودة وسجلات وموظفي الجودة لدى المقاول للتأكد من الالتزام بالمتطلبات.
- مراجعة وتقييم مستندات الجودة المقدمة من المقاول.
- المعاينة الميدانية والموقعية لاختبارات المواد والتركيبات للتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير أرامكو السعودية.
- تسجيل جميع ممارسات ومواد ومعدات الإنشاء المخالفة أو المثيرة للجدل بدقة ووضوح، ورفع تقرير للمشرف عن المشكلات المحتملة لحلها مبكرًا.
- كتابة تقارير التفتيش وإصدار تقارير عدم الامتثال (NCRs) وأوراق العمل (WSs) وتقارير نقص المعدات (EDRs) عند الحاجة.
- تنفيذ العمل وفق الخطط والجداول بأسلوب مهني، والإبلاغ عن النتائج بالصيغة المطلوبة.
- العمل بأمان أثناء أنشطة التفتيش وتوجيه الآخرين للعمل بأمان.
- الحفاظ على متطلبات السرية في كل نشاط طوال فترة الخدمة.
- الالتزام بأعلى معايير الأخلاق وفقًا لبيان النزاهة لشركة SGS.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة في تخصص التفتيش المعني مع خبرة لا تقل عن أربع (4) سنوات في تخصص التفتيش ذي الصلة.
- أو دبلوم كلية صناعية/تقنية لمدة سنتين (2) مع خبرة لا تقل عن ثماني (8) سنوات في التفتيش ذي الصلة.
- شهادة مفتش لحام معتمد من AWS (CWI) أو شهادة CSWIP في فحص اللحام (مطلوب).
- معرفة شاملة ومعمقة بالمعايير الدولية المعمول بها (خاصة API 653, 510).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان المعايير الدولية مثل API 653 و API 510.
- شهادة AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) أو CSWIP Welding Inspector.
- مهارات توثيق وإعداد تقارير دقيقة.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتواصل مع المقاولين.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة.

Job Description
- Perform “Hold”, “Witness” and “Surveillance” inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.
- Inspect material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at SAUDI ARAMCO facilities and/or construction sites.
- Monitor Contractor’s Quality Systems, records and Quality Personnel for compliance with requirements.
- Review and evaluate the Contractor’s Quality document submittals.
- Witness on-site and off-site material and installations tests for compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO standards.
- Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and equipment and report to supervisor detailed potential problems for early resolution.
- Write inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Worksheets (WSs) and Equipment Deficiency Report (EDRs) as needed.
- To do work as planned and scheduled with a better professional approach and to report the findings in the required format.
- To work safely during inspection activities and to advise others to work safely.
- To maintain the confidentiality requirements in each activity during the service period.
- Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Statement of Integrity
Qualifications
- B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least four (4) years of experience in the relevant inspection discipline. OR two (2) years of industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or CSWIP Welding Inspector Certification required.
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards (Knowledge on API 653, 510)
