أمازون تبحث عن مشرف مركز تنفيذ (Fulfillment Center Supervisor) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نحن نوسع فريقنا ضمن عمليات أمازون! إذا كنت مهتماً بالانضمام إلى عمل يمكنك فيه الاستمتاع وتحقيق نتائج مذهلة ورسم الابتسامات على وجوه الناس، فقد تكون هذه الوظيفة مناسبة لك. ستشرف على إدارة المناوبات في أحد مراكز التنفيذ (Fulfillment Centers) من الميل الأول، أو مراكز الفرز (Sortation Centers) من الميل الأوسط، أو محطات التوصيل (Delivery Stations) من الميل الأخير. يقود متخصصو العمليات نبض عملياتنا الميدانية ويلعبون دوراً محورياً في إيصال طلبات عملائنا إليهم في كل خطوة من السلسلة. هذه وظيفة متنوعة ومليئة بالتحديات، وكل يوم يختلف عن الآخر!
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال تحديد فرص السلامة في منطقة عملك
- إدارة وتدريب الزملاء للمساعدة في تقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائنا
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقاً لإرشادات الجودة والسلامة
- تقديم معلومات حيوية متعلقة بالمناوبة باستمرار للإدارة الميدانية والمشغلين
- تعديل توزيع العمالة طوال مناوباتك لتحقيق الخطط والتوقعات وتجاوزها
- التواصل مع وظائف الدعم و/أو الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة القضايا أو الاحتياجات المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية، مثل: جاهزية منطقة العمليات، 5S، السلامة، التدريب
- المساعدة في حل تحديات اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد من خلال تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات
المتطلبات الأساسية
- خبرة سنة واحدة أو أكثر في استخدام منتجات وتطبيقات Microsoft Office
- خبرة سنة واحدة أو أكثر في استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها
- العمل بجدول مرن / مناوبات / مناطق عمل، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليالي والعطلات الرسمية
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً (حوالي 22 كجم)، والوقوف/المشي خلال مناوبات قد تصل إلى 12 ساعة، والقدرة المتكررة على الدفع والسحب والقرفصاء والانحناء والوصول
- العمل 40 ساعة/أسبوعياً، والعمل الإضافي عند الحاجة
المؤهلات المفضلة
- معرفة بتقنيات Kaizen (كايزن) و Lean (لين)

Description

You will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile fulfillment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Specialists drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers’ orders out to them in every step of the chain.
This is a varied, challenging role and every day is different!
Key job responsibilities
• Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
• Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
• Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
• Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
• Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
• Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
• Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
