يعلن قسم الهندسة الكهربائية في جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن (الظهران) عن دعوة للتقديم لشغل وظيفة أستاذ مساعد / أستاذ مشارك / أستاذ في الهندسة الكهربائية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يدعو القسم المتقدمين المؤهلين تأهيلاً عالياً ذوي السجل الأكاديمي القوي في التدريس والبحث، ويُشجع بشكل خاص المتقدمون ذوو الخبرة الصناعية ذات الصلة.
- يتمتع القسم ببرامج بحثية وتعليمية تعاونية قوية في مجالات الاتصالات ومعالجة الإشارات وأنظمة القدرة والتحكم الآلي والإلكترونيات، ويمتلك بنية تحتية ممتازة لدعم الأنشطة البحثية المتقدمة، بالإضافة إلى إمكانية الوصول إلى المرافق البحثية الرئيسية التي يوفرها قطاع البحث والابتكار بالجامعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على درجة الدكتوراه في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- سجل قوي في التدريس والبحث.
- الخبرة الصناعية ذات الصلة (مفضلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلكترونيات (Mixed-Signal): خبرة في CMOS analog & mixed-mode electronics.
- معالجة الإشارات الرقمية (Digital Signal Processing): خبرة في Speech & Audio، Signal & Image Compression، Wavelets، Machine Learning for Signal Processing، Seismic Signal Processing، Adaptive Filtering.
- الميكروويف والفوتونيات والأنظمة الفوتونية (Microwaves, Photonics & Photonic Systems): خبرة في Photonics وRadar Systems.
- أنظمة التحكم (Control Systems): خبرة في Control Theory وDynamical Systems.
- أنظمة الاتصالات (Communication Systems): خبرة في المجالات المعاصرة في الاتصالات وCommunications Instrumentation.

The Department of Electrical Engineering invites applications from highly qualified candidates with a strong record in teaching and research. Applicants with relevant industrial experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
Based on departmental priorities, applications are especially welcomed in the following areas:
- Electronics (Mixed-Signal)

The department has strong collaborative research and educational programs in communications, signal processing, power systems, automatic control, and electronics. It has excellent infrastructure facilities to support advanced research activities.
