أكوا باور تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Technical & Performance Engineer في منطقة القصيم (قديرة)، السعودية، وذلك لدعم عمليات التشغيل وضمان تحقيق أقصى أداء وكفاءة للمحطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات فعالة وكفؤة تتعلق بعمليات محطة الطاقة وتحلية المياه.
- مراقبة أداء المحطة يومياً والتأكد من بقاء جميع معايير التشغيل ضمن الحدود المحددة، والتوصية بمتابعة التنظيف الحمضي لمحطة التحلية عند الحاجة.
- القيام باستكشاف الأعطال بالتنسيق مع موظفي التشغيل في محطات الطاقة والتحلية.
- التنسيق مع مهندس الوردية وكبير الكيميائيين لتحديد فرص تحسين كفاءة المحطة من خلال التغييرات التشغيلية، بموافقة مدير العمليات.
- التوصية ومتابعة أخذ عينات من نواتج التقطير عند الحاجة وتفسير النتائج في حالة الاشتباه بتسرب الأنابيب.
- إجراء فحوصات تفصيلية للمحطة أثناء الصيانة السنوية ومتابعة أنشطة الصيانة السنوية.
- إعداد ملخصات وتقارير أداء المحطة الشهرية.
- ضمان إجراء تقييمات الأثر البيئي وتقييمات مخاطر المخاطر، ومراقبتها وتحديثها بانتظام.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة والإبلاغ عن أهداف وبرامج نظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS).
- توفير الموارد اللازمة للتنفيذ الفعال واستدامة نظام الإدارة المتكامل.
- الإبلاغ عن أداء نظام الإدارة المتكامل للإدارة بشكل دوري.
- ضمان الامتثال القانوني ضمن نطاق الأنشطة الموكلة.
- تحديد الأسباب الجذرية لعدم المطابقة والانحرافات وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المناسبة.
- تحديد فجوات الكفاءة بين الموظفين التابعين وتنفيذ الإجراءات التطويرية اللازمة.
- إجراء تقييمات الأداء السنوية للموظفين التابعين.
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتعاقدية والتنظيمية.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل للموظفين الجدد وتقييم أدائهم في التدريب.
- تحديد وتوثيق ومراقبة المخاطر في مناطق العمل الموكلة.
- ضمان مراقبة الجوانب البيئية المحددة واتباع ضوابط التشغيل المطلوبة.
- الإبلاغ عن الانحرافات في نظام الإدارة المتكامل، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- الإبلاغ عن حالات الطوارئ والحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة وفقاً للإجراءات المتبعة.
- ضمان الاستخدام الفعال للموارد المتاحة.
- أداء المهام الأخرى التي يتم تكليفها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (إلزامي).
- يُفضل مؤهل دراسات عليا في الهندسة، ويفضل التخصص في هندسة محطات الطاقة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4-8 سنوات في محطات الطاقة وتحلية المياه أو محطات التناضح العكسي (RO).
- يفضل خبرة في الشرق الأوسط.
- الاستعداد للعمل في موقع نائي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بمبادئ نظام إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة.
- معرفة المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية المطبقة.
- تقييم مخاطر المخاطر.
- تقييم الأثر البيئي.
- مهارات التحقيق.
- معرفة احتواء الانسكابات.
- معرفة إدارة حالات الطوارئ المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- معرفة تحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات.
- معرفة مراقبة الانبعاثات.
- معرفة قوية بأنشطة تشغيل محطات الطاقة والتحلية ومحطات التناضح العكسي وحسابات الكفاءة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية.
- مهارات حل المشكلات.
- يُفضل معرفة عملية بنظام SAP.
- يُفضل الإلمام بمعايير ISO 9001 و ISO 14001 و OHSAS 18001.

Job Summary
Ensure that the plant operates at maximum performance, efficiency, and effectiveness by coordinating and monitoring plant operations activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of effective and efficient policies and procedures related to Power and Desalination Plant operations.
- Monitor daily plant performance and ensure all operating parameters remain within specified limits. Recommend and follow up on acid cleaning of the Desalination Plant when required.
- Carry out troubleshooting in coordination with Operations staff across Power and Desalination Plants.
- Coordinate with the Shift Charge Engineer and Chief Chemist to identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency through operational changes, subject to Operations Manager approval.
- Recommend and follow up on distillate stage sampling when required and interpret results where tube leakage is suspected.
- Conduct detailed plant inspections during annual maintenance and follow up on annual maintenance activities.
- Prepare monthly plant performance summaries and reports.
- Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact Assessments and Hazard Risk Assessments are conducted, controlled, and regularly updated.
- Implement, monitor, and report Integrated Management System (IMS) objectives, targets, and programs.
- Provide the necessary resources for the effective implementation and sustainability of the IMS.
- Report IMS performance to management periodically.
- Ensure legal compliance within the scope of assigned activities.
- Identify root causes of non-conformances and deviations and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Identify competency gaps among subordinate personnel and implement the necessary development actions.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for reporting employees.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational requirements.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees and evaluate their OJT performance.
- Identify, document, and control hazards within assigned work areas.
- Ensure identified environmental aspects are monitored and required operational controls are followed.
- Report deviations in the Integrated Management System, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Report emergencies, incidents, and near misses in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure effective utilization of available resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational
Desired
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a must.
- Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, preferably with specialization in Power Plant Engineering.
Minimum
- 4-8 years of experience in Power, Desalination, and/or RO Plants.
- Experience in the Middle East.
- Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management System principles.
- Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Hazard Risk Assessment.
- Aspect Impact Assessment.
- Investigation skills.
- Knowledge of spillage containment.
- Knowledge of managing HSE emergencies.
- Knowledge of waste identification, classification, and disposal.
- Knowledge of emission monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of Power, Desalination, and/or RO Plant operational activities and efficiency calculations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- SAP working knowledge is preferred.
