تعلن شركة أكوا باور عن حاجتها لمشغل غرفة التحكم (Control Room Operator) للعمل في محافظة القصيم، منطقة قدرة (Qudra) بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المسمى الوظيفي: مشغل غرفة التحكم (CCR Operator).
- القسم: العمليات.
- يتبع مباشرة لمشرف المناوبة / مهندس المناوبة.
- مراقبة والتحكم في معايير تشغيل الوحدة/المحطة والتنسيق مع المشغلين الآخرين فيما يتعلق بجميع الأنشطة التي تؤثر على عمليات المحطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لقواعد وأنظمة السلامة والإلمام بمعدات مكافحة الحرائق في المنطقة المخصصة.
- الإلمام بمخططات P&ID، إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، تعليمات العمل، منطق التشغيل والتحكم، إجراءات التشغيل الطارئة، وغيرها من المستندات ذات الصلة.
- مراقبة جميع معايير الوحدة وتسجيل القراءات الدورية في سجلات التشغيل، وتلخيص جميع الأنشطة والأحداث التي تحدث أثناء المناوبة في سجل المناوبة.
- اتباع تعليمات مهندس المناوبة ومشرف المناوبة والتنسيق مع المشغلين الآخرين بخصوص جميع الأنشطة التشغيلية.
- البقاء في حالة يقظة واتخاذ إجراءات فورية أثناء ظروف التشغيل غير الطبيعية.
- التنسيق وضمان تطبيق إجراءات Lock Out & Tag Out (LOTO) أثناء عزل المعدات للصيانة وفقاً لإجراء تصريح العمل (PTW) المعتمد، وإعادة المعدات لحالتها الطبيعية بعد الإلغاء عند الطلب.
- تفقد الوحدة والأجهزة المساعدة خلال المناوبة للتأكد من بقاء معايير جميع المعدات ضمن الحدود المقبولة، وإبلاغ المشرف / المهندس بأي انحرافات.
- إجراء اختبارات الحماية الدورية تحت إشراف مهندس المناوبة / المشرف والحفاظ على السجلات المطلوبة، وإجراء تبديل المعدات وفقاً للجداول المقررة.
- رفع طلبات العمل أو إشعارات العيوب للمعدات المعطلة ومتابعة إصلاحها.
- المساعدة في تدريب وتأهيل المشغلين الجدد.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة (near misses) وتطبيق ضوابط المخاطر الموصوفة.
- الإبلاغ عن الانحرافات المتعلقة بنظام إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- ضمان اتباع إجراءات التخلص السليم من النفايات.
- أداء المهام الأخرى المسندة إليه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة (شرط أساسي).
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المنصب.
- الاستعداد للعمل في موقع نائي (remote location).
- يفضل الإلمام والمعرفة بمعايير ISO 9001 و ISO 14001 و OHSAS 18001 (شهادات تفضيلية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إدراك عام لمبادئ نظام إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة.
- معرفة بطرق تحديد النفايات وتصنيفها والتخلص منها.
- معرفة بمراقبة الانبعاثات.
- معرفة بالتأثيرات البيئية والصحية للمواد الكيميائية المستخدمة في المحطة.
- معرفة بمعدات مكافحة الحرائق.
- معرفة بمعدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) ومعدات السلامة.
- معرفة بإجراءات الإسعافات الأولية.
- معرفة جيدة بأنشطة تشغيل محطات الطاقة/المياه.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة.
- مهارات تحليلية.
- القدرة على تقييم مخاطر المخاطر (Hazard Risk Assessment).
- معرفة بتقييم تأثير الجوانب (Aspect Impact Assessment).
- مهارات حاسوبية أساسية.

Job Summary
Monitor and control unit/plant operating parameters and coordinate with other operators regarding all related activities that affect plant operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Comply with safety rules and regulations and be familiar with firefighting equipment in the assigned area.
- Be familiar with plant P&IDs, SOPs, work instructions, operation and control logic, emergency operating procedures, and other related documents.
- Monitor all unit parameters and record periodic readings on log sheets. Summarize all activities and events that occur during the shift in the logbook.
- Follow the instructions of the Shift Charge Engineer and Shift Supervisor and coordinate with other operators regarding all operational activities.
- Remain alert and take prompt action during abnormal operating conditions.
- Coordinate and ensure Lock Out & Tag Out (LOTO) during equipment isolation for maintenance in accordance with the approved Permit to Work (PTW) procedure. Normalize equipment after cancellation when instructed.
- Inspect the unit and auxiliaries during the shift to ensure all equipment parameters remain within acceptable limits. Report any abnormalities to the Shift Supervisor / Shift Charge Engineer.
- Perform periodic protection tests under the supervision of the Shift Charge Engineer / Supervisor and maintain the required records. Perform equipment changeovers according to established schedules.
- Raise work requests or defect notifications for faulty equipment and follow up on defect rectification.
- Assist in the training and familiarization of new operators.
- Report near misses and implement prescribed risk controls.
- Report deviations related to the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.
- Ensure proper waste disposal measures are followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational
Desired
- Diploma in Engineering is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum
- 5 years of experience in the same position.
- General awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management System principles.
- Knowledge of waste identification, classification, and disposal.
- Knowledge of emission monitoring.
- Knowledge of the environmental and health impacts of chemicals used in the plant.
- Knowledge of firefighting equipment.
- Knowledge of PPE and safety equipment.
- Knowledge of first-aid measures.
- Good knowledge of Power/Water Plant operational activities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Hazard Risk Assessment capability.
- Knowledge of Aspect Impact Assessment.
- Basic computer skills.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 awareness/working knowledge is preferred.
- Ready to work in a remote location.
