Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for implementing and maintaining operational governance frameworks across Specialized’s Business-Critical services, ensuring effective performance monitoring, compliance auditing, and documentation management. The role ensures alignment with internal SLAs, regulatory requirements, and Specialized’s approved policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive account planning and execution activities through sales representation, customer relations, exploring market opportunities and monitoring the sales operations to enable identifying performance issues.
- Lead client interaction at organizational level and communicate customer requirements to relevance stakeholders. In addition to oversee the customer service delivery and operations to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in order to achieve the required target by cross-selling and up-selling either direct sales or in-direct sales to enable maximizing revenue generation and achieving financial targets.
- Enable achieving commercial excellence within the sector though developing comprehensive sales go-to-market strategy and sales plans while coordinating with the supply chain and marketing functions for undertaking sales forecast analysis.
- Focus on building and maintaining a long-term relationship with client through providing an excellent customer experience in every client interaction and putting the client interest as a top priority in daily operations.
- Lead the management of customer complaints from opening to the closure of tickets and coordinate with relative functions across the organizational to ensure complaints resolution in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Business Administration specialized in Sales (preferred) or a related field.
Years Of Experience
- Preferred experience of (3-6) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
