شركة Mogi I/O المتخصصة في تطبيقات OTT والبث الصوتي والفيديو القصير تبحث عن مدير مشتريات (الصين والأسواق العالمية) للعمل في السعودية (عن بُعد مع سفر إلى الإمارات ومواقع دولية أخرى).

المهام والمسؤوليات

تحديد وتقييم وتطوير موردين موثوقين عبر الصين والأسواق العالمية الأخرى.
تطوير وتنفيذ خطط شراء استراتيجية تتماشى مع أهداف العمل.
التفاوض على الأسعار والعقود وشروط الدفع وجداول التسليم مع الموردين الدوليين.
إدارة أنشطة المشتريات من بدايتها (تحديد الموردين وأوامر الشراء) وحتى التسليم النهائي.
بناء علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع الموردين والحفاظ عليها.
التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والخدمات اللوجستية والتشغيل والمالية والجودة لضمان الشراء والتسليم في الوقت المناسب.
ضمان استيفاء الآلات والمعدات والمكونات الإنشائية المشتراة لمواصفات الجودة والفنية المطلوبة.
تحديد فرص خفض التكاليف عبر التفاوض مع الموردين أو البحث عن بدائل أو تحسين العمليات.
إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد موردين ومنتجات وتقنيات وفرص شراء جديدة.
مراقبة أداء الموردين والتزامهم بالمواعيد النهائية وجودة المنتج والشروط التجارية.
تحديد وإدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بالمشتريات الدولية والخدمات اللوجستية والجودة وانقطاع الإمداد.
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للموردين ووثائق المشتريات والعقود وتقارير الأداء.
تقديم تحديثات منتظمة للإدارة العليا عن أنشطة المشتريات وأداء الموردين والتكاليف والمدخرات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو الهندسة أو المشتريات أو مجال ذي صلة.
من 5 إلى 7 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال المشتريات أو سلسلة التوريد.
ما لا يقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في شراء الآلات أو المعدات أو المكونات الإنشائية من الصين والأسواق الدولية الأخرى.
معرفة قوية بالنظام البيئي للموردين والمصنعين في الصين.
يفضل بشدة خبرة في شراء الآلات الثقيلة أو المعدات الصناعية أو المكونات الإنشائية.
تُعتبر الخبرة في صناعة الألعاب الترفيهية أو الترفيه الخارجي ميزة قوية.
مهارات قوية في التفاوض مع الموردين وتحليل التكاليف وإدارة البائعين.
فهم جيد للخدمات اللوجستية الدولية وعمليات الاستيراد والإجراءات الجمركية.
معرفة قوية بمتطلبات الجودة والامتثال لدى الموردين.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ وتُعتبر إجادة اللغة الماندرين ميزة كبيرة.
فهم جيد لثقافة الأعمال الصينية وممارسات التفاوض.
قدرات تحليلية قوية ومهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة دولية سريعة الخطى.
الاستعداد للسفر دولياً حسب الحاجة.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager (China & Global Markets) to lead sourcing and procurement activities for machinery, equipment, structural components, and related products. The role will focus on identifying reliable international suppliers, particularly in China, negotiating competitive commercial terms, ensuring quality, and managing end-to-end sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers across China and other global markets.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international suppliers.
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities from supplier identification and purchase orders through final delivery.
Build and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships.
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Ensure sourced machinery, equipment, and structural components meet required quality and technical specifications.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, alternate vendors, and process improvements.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, technologies, and sourcing opportunities.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality, and commercial terms.
Identify and mitigate risks related to international sourcing, logistics, quality, and supply disruptions.
Maintain accurate supplier records, sourcing documentation, contracts, and performance reports.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sourcing activities, supplier performance, costs, and savings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Minimum 3 5 years of hands-on experience sourcing machinery, equipment, or structural components from China and other international markets.
Strong knowledge of the Chinese supplier and manufacturing ecosystem.
Experience in sourcing heavy machinery, industrial equipment, or structural components is highly desirable.
Experience in the amusement ride/outdoor entertainment industry will be a strong advantage.
Strong supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor management skills.
Good understanding of international logistics, import processes, and customs procedures.
Strong knowledge of supplier quality and compliance requirements.
Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
Good understanding of Chinese business culture and negotiation practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
Willingness to travel internationally on a need basis.
