تسعى Lenovo، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في التكنولوجيا، إلى تعيين مراقب مالي (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في منطقة الرياض لقيادة العمليات المالية في المملكة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة عملية إغلاق الشهر وفقًا لمعايير IFRS ومعايير Lenovo العالمية.
  • الإشراف على دقة المحاسبة، والتسويات، والاستحقاقات، والمخصصات، والامتثال القانوني.
  • إدارة عمليات التخطيط والتحليل المالي (FPA)، بما في ذلك إعداد الميزانيات، والتنبؤات، وتحليل التباين، والنمذجة المالية.
  • إعداد تقارير أداء الأعمال ولوحات البيانات للإدارة المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • سعودي الجنسية (إلزامي).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية؛ يفضل حيازة CPA أو CMA أو ACCA.
  • خبرة من 6 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال المالية أو المراقبة المالية أو التخطيط والتحليل المالي ضمن بيئات متعددة الجنسيات.
  • فهم قوي لمعايير IFRS، والرقابة الداخلية، والمتطلبات التنظيمية السعودية المحلية.
  • خبرة في التحليل المالي، والنمذجة، وإعداد التقارير الإدارية.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة SAP أو Hyperion أو أنظمة ERP المماثلة (يفضل).
  • مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • روح عالية من المسؤولية، ومهارات تحليلية قوية، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

Lenovo is seeking a high‑caliber Financial Controller (Saudi National) to lead financial operations for our fast‑growing business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for monthly close, FPA, business partnering, and financial governance, with the opportunity to expand into a broader META regional remit in the future. This is a key position for a motivated Saudi finance professional looking to join a global leader in technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the month‑end close process in line with IFRS and Lenovo global standards.
  • Oversee accounting accuracy, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and statutory compliance.
  • Drive FPA processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Prepare business performance reports and dashboards for management, regional, and global leaders.
  • Support Lenovo business groups with financial insights, deal reviews, and commercial decision-making.
  • Strengthen internal controls, ensure audit readiness, and manage governance requirements.
  • Work with ZATCA compliance for VAT and tax-related submissions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Saudi National (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or FPA within multinational environments.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, internal controls, and local Saudi regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and management reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • High ownership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
