نبحث عن محاسب متخصص دقيق وذو عقلية تحليلية. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان فوترة الحسابات بشكل صحيح وتحصيل المدفوعات في الوقت المحدد. ستتفاعل مع العملاء والموردين والإدارات المختلفة لتسهيل العمليات المالية والمحاسبية، وتحسين التدفق النقدي، وتقليل مخاطر التحصيل والمتأخرات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مدير المالية في تحليل مستوى المخاطر المناسب وضمان التوازن بين فرص الأعمال ومستوى المخاطر في شروط الدفع والتحصيل.
- دعم فريق المبيعات في التفاوض على شروط الدفع والتحصيل.
- ضمان تنفيذ إجراءات إدارة الائتمان الخاصة بالشركة وفقاً للمتطلبات المحلية وتوجيهات المقر الرئيسي.
- مراقبة وإدارة المدفوعات المتأخرة والحسابات المدينة بشكل يومي: إخطار فريق المبيعات والمراقب المالي، وتنفيذ إجراءات التحصيل الصحيحة، ومراقبة الحالات المعسرة.
- تقليل أهداف استرداد المتأخرات.
- التنسيق مع المستشارين الخارجيين / المستشارين القانونيين.
- ضمان إعداد التقارير والتحليل بدقة.
- ضمان إدارة احترافية وفي الوقت المناسب للمخاطر والتكاليف والإيرادات المتعلقة بمحفظة الخدمات المالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في دور مماثل.
- خلفية في التحصيل، الحسابات المدينة، الخزانة أو مجالات مشابهة.
- معرفة بشروط الدفع، الأعمال المصرفية وتقييم المخاطر.
- معرفة أساسية بالميزانية العمومية، تقييم المخاطر وتقنيات تخفيف المخاطر.
- خبرة في إدارة الائتمان، الشراكات مع الموردين وتقنيات الاتفاقيات.
- معرفة أساسية بالقانون التجاري.
- استخدام أنظمة ERP و Office وإتقان Excel.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية وحسابية قوية مع خبرة محاسبية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- معرفة بتمويل التجارة، إدارة مخاطر التداول وممارسات استثمار رأس المال.
- القدرة على إدارة علاقات العملاء والتعامل مع النزاعات.

Your Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected on time.
You will interface with customers, vendors and various Technogym Departments to facilitate financial and accounting processes, improve cash flow and minimize the risk of collections and past dues/defaults.

Your Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected on time.
You will interface with customers, vendors and various Technogym Departments to facilitate financial and accounting processes, improve cash flow and minimize the risk of collections and past dues/defaults.
Your Impact
- Support the Finance Manager in analyzing the correct risk level and ensuring the right balanced approach between business opportunities and risk levels in payment terms and collections/defaults
- Support the Sales Team in negotiating payment terms and collections
- Guarantee that Company Credit Management procedures are implemented according to local requirements and HQ guidelines
- Monitor and manage timely (daily) overdue payments and accounts receivable: notify the sales force and Financial Controller, implement the correct collection procedures and monitor insolvent positions
- Minimize overdue recovery targets
- Coordinate with external consultants/legal counsel
- Ensure accurate reporting and analysis
- Guarantee timely, professional management of risks, costs and revenues relating to the Financial Services portfolio
- Maintain and properly update the A/R statement, including due dates, payment methods and litigation
- Establish close relationships with local lease and credit partners
- Verify, on a daily basis, the consistency between bank statements and customer statements
- Reconcile bank statements with the G/L bank account
- Maintain and update the customer database together with Customer Service
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You focus on accountability and strive for excellence. You excel in managing customer relationships and handling conflict. What you should bring:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Background in collections, Accounts Receivable, Treasury or similar areas
- Knowledge of payment terms, banking and risk assessment
- Basic knowledge of balance sheet, risk assessment and risk mitigation techniques
- Strong analytical and calculation skills, including accounting expertise, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of trade financing, trading risk management and capital investment practices
- Experience in credit management, vendor partnership and agreement techniques
- Basic knowledge of commercial law
- User of ERP systems and Office and proficient in Excel
