About the Role: To ensure updated, timely and accurate information and data / documents availability on analysis and testing results from birds on process to finished product.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, Meat /Poultry Science or related discipline and HACCP Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microbiology, Meat / Poultry Industry environment in the same role.
• Strong written and spoken of English.
• Computer literate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to determine percent error, variance, standard deviations, correlation and regressions, and dilution calculations.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and methods and make recommendations for corrective action.
• Excellent in both oral and written Communication skills
• Fluent in Microbiology analytical methodologies, techniques and procedures. 6. Ability to effectively lead and manage teams
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to effectively educate and train employees.
• Good in Leader-follower relationship, a Team player and with high moral values..
