تعلن شركة رتال للتطوير العمراني عن فرصة وظيفية لمصمم داخلي أول (Senior Interior Designer) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المصمم الداخلي الأول مسؤول عن تصميم وتطوير المفاهيم مع إعداد حزم التصميم الداخلي الكاملة بما في ذلك الرسومات التنفيذية، لإنشاء مساحات وظيفية وآمنة ومريحة من الناحية الجمالية من خلال تقييم متطلبات المساحة، وتحديد وضع الأثاث الأمثل، واختيار العناصر الزخرفية، مع الالتزام بمتطلبات المخططات وقوانين البناء ومعايير التفتيش.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم المساحات الداخلية، بما في ذلك التفاصيل المعمارية الدائمة والعناصر المؤقتة
- تقييم وتلبية متطلبات العميل ورغباته من خلال الاجتماعات الدورية
- إنتاج الرسومات التخطيطية والرسومات الهندسية ومخططات الطوابق لتوضيح المفاهيم والمشاريع المنجزة باستخدام برامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) ومهارات الرسم اليدوي
- إنشاء لوحات الأفكار (idea boards) لتوصيل مفاهيم التصميم للعميل
- اختيار استراتيجيات التصميم ولوحات الألوان لخلق بيئات متماسكة وجميلة
- تحسين وظائف المساحات الداخلية من خلال تعديل العناصر المعمارية وترتيب الأثاث والأعمال الفنية والديكور
- إعداد ميزانيات المشاريع، بما في ذلك المواد والعمالة
- وضع جداول زمنية للمشاريع وتنسيق نشاط العمل ومساهمة الموردين والمقاولين الخارجيين حسب الحاجة
- التفاوض على أسعار المواد
- الحفاظ على العلاقات مع الموردين والمقاولين الخارجيين
- المشاركة في فرص التواصل المنتظمة وتطوير قاعدة عملاء بنشاط
- إجراء الأبحاث والحفاظ على معرفة عملية باتجاهات التصميم الداخلي والعمارة والتطورات الجديدة
- الالتزام بقوانين البناء والسلامة الوطنية والمحلية مع كل عنصر تصميمي
- قراءة وتفسير المخططات المعمارية
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع مختلف الزملاء، بما في ذلك المهندسين المعماريين والفنانين والمقاولين والدهانين والمفروشات ومفتشي المباني
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة

- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي
- القدرة على تعدد المهام وتحديد الأولويات وإدارة الوقت بكفاءة
- القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد مع الإدارة والموظفين على جميع المستويات

- القدرة على استخدام برامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب: 3D MAX و Auto CAD

- معرفة متينة بفهم عمليات العقود وسياساتها وأنظمتها

Position Summary:
Senior Interior Designer responsible of Design and develop Concepts with shoots and full interior design package including working drawing to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement, and selecting decorative items, all while adhering to relevant blueprint, building code, and inspection requirements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designs interior spaces, including permanent architectural details and temporary elements
- Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
- Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
- Selects design strategies and color palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments
- Enhances and improves interior spaces' functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and decor
- Creates project budgets, including materials and labor
- Establishes project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary
- Negotiates pricing for materials
- Maintains relationships with vendors and outside contractors
- Participates in regular networking opportunities and actively develops a client base
- Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds
- Adheres to national and local building and safety codes with every design element
- Reads and interprets blueprints
- Works closely with various colleagues, including architects, artists, contractors, painters, upholsterers, and building inspectors

- Ability to analyse problems and strategies for better solutions.
- Understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to interior
- Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
- Work to strict deadlines
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience required.
