تعلن شركة جال الدولية عن وظيفة مهندس سلامة (Safety Engineer) للعمل في بقيق (Abqaiq)، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات السلامة للمشاريع الكبيرة، خاصة في مرافق النفط والغاز
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات مثل مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والفنيين
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وتفتيش واختبارات للتحقق من الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع
- إدارة وتنفيذ أعمال البناء وما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل (pre-commissioning & commissioning)
- ضمان امتثال التصميم والمشتريات والبناء والاكتمال للمتطلبات التعاقدية بما في ذلك الجدول الزمني والتكلفة ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإجراءات الشركة
- تطبيق المعرفة في إدارة المشاريع المكتسبة من الخبرة العملية والتعليم المستمر
- الإلمام بـ Value Engineering، وتحليل المخاطر الأولي (PHA)، وتحديد المخاطر (HAZID)، ودراسات المخاطر والتشغيلية (HAZOP)
- المعرفة بمعايير الصناعة مثل API و ASME و NFPA
- إجراء اختبارات التحقق من الامتثال في الميدان
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، ويفضل تخصص هندسة السلامة أو المجالات ذات الصلة
- خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في تنفيذ الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع
- فهم قوي لمعايير السلامة الدولية ومتطلباتها ومبادئ التصميم الخاصة بمرافق النفط والغاز
- شهادات مفضلة: Project Management Professional (PMP)، أو شهادة OSHA أو NEBOSH
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة كاملة للغة الإنجليزية (محترف)
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع (Project Management)
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية مع القدرة على التفاعل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة وأعضاء الفريق
- معرفة متعمقة بمبادئ السلامة واللوائح مثل OSHA و EPA والمعايير الخاصة بالصناعة
- معرفة بمعايير الصناعة مثل API و ASME و NFPA

Job Title
Lead Engineer
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
0-3 years of experience in engineering and project management execution
Selection Criteria
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant major
Demonstrate a strong understanding of international safety standards, requirements, and design principles specific to oil and gas facilities
Apply knowledge in Project Management, typically acquired through a combination of practical experience and continuing education
Ensure that engineering design, procurement, construction, and project completion strictly comply with contract requirements, including project schedule, cost, HSE standards, and company procedures
Specific Work Experience
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing safety procedures for large-scale projects, particularly within oil and gas facilities
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians
Strong knowledge of safety principles and regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and industry-specific standards
Familiarity with Value Engineering, Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), Hazard Identification (HAZID), and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP)
Experience in field testing and compliance verification
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including API, ASME, and NFPA
Experience conducting site visits, inspections, and tests to ensure adherence to project requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, stakeholders, and team members
Ability to manage and execute construction works, as well as pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Work Location: Abqaiq
Qualifications
Preferred Major of Study
Safety Engineering or other related Engineering fields
Preferred Certifications
Project Management Professional (PMP)
OSHA or NEBOSH certification
