تعلن شركة البحر الأحمر الدولية، من خلال شركتها التابعة شركة المقاولات الساحلية، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مساعد مدير مستودع في مدينة تبوك (أملج)، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مساعد مدير المستودع مسؤول عن دعم التشغيل الفعال لمستودع قسم الجولف من خلال الإشراف على إدارة المخزون والتخزين والاستلام والصرف وتوزيع المواد والمعدات وقطع الغيار والأسمدة والكيماويات ومستلزمات الري والمواد الاستهلاكية اللازمة لصيانة وتشغيل ملعب الجولف. يضمن الدور دقة المخزون والامتثال للوائح السلامة ومراقبة التكاليف والإمداد غير المنقطع لدعم عمليات ملعب الجولف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في إدارة العمليات اليومية لمستودع قسم الجولف.
- الإشراف على استلام وفحص وتخزين وصرف المواد والمعدات.
- ضمان تنفيذ إجراءات الرقابة على المخزون والحفاظ عليها.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وبدء طلبات إعادة التمويل لتجنب النقص.
- التحقق من مطابقة البضائع المستلمة لأوامر الشراء ووثائق التسليم.
- ضمان صرف المواد في الوقت المناسب لفرق صيانة ملعب الجولف والري وتنسيق الحدائق والمرافق.
- الحفاظ على معايير التنظيم والنظافة الفعالة للمستودع.
- إجراء جرد دوري للمخزون والجرد الدوري ومراجعات الجرد السنوية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون ضمن نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) أو نظام إدارة المخزون.
- مراقبة المخزون بطيء الحركة والتالف والمتقادم والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
- تحسين مستويات المخزون لدعم العمليات وتقليل تكاليف الاحتفاظ.
- تتبع وإدارة مخزون قطع الغيار الحيوية لمعدات الري وصيانة الجولف.
- التنسيق مع المشتريات لإعادة التمويل في الوقت المناسب للعناصر المخزنة.
- المساعدة في إعداد توقعات المواد بناءً على المتطلبات التشغيلية.
- متابعة أوامر الشراء المعلقة وتسليمات الموردين.
- التنسيق مع الموردين بشأن جداول التسليم والتناقضات.
- ضمان التخزين والمناولة السليمة للأسمدة والكيماويات العشبية والمبيدات ومواد التشحيم والوقود والمواد الخطرة.
- مراقبة متطلبات فترة الصلاحية والامتثال لتوصيات الشركة المصنعة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات استخدام وتخزين الكيماويات وفقًا لمتطلبات الشركة والجهات التنظيمية.
- دعم ضوابط المخزون لوصلات الري والمضخات والأدوات وقطع غيار معدات صيانة الجولف.
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم لموظفي المستودع.
- مراقبة إنتاجية الموظفين والامتثال لإجراءات المستودع.
- المساعدة في تدريب موظفي المستودع على أنظمة إدارة المخزون وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- دعم مبادرات تحسين الأداء وبرامج الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- إعداد تقارير عن المخزون والاستهلاك وتقييم المخزون وأداء المستودع.
- تحليل اتجاهات المخزون والتوصية بإجراءات تحسين التخزين.
- الإبلاغ عن التناقضات في المخزون والمخاوف التشغيلية للإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات في إدارة المستودعات والمخزون.
- سنتان على الأقل في دور إشرافي.
- يفضل خبرة في عمليات الجولف أو تنسيق الحدائق أو الري أو الزراعة أو الضيافة أو إدارة المرافق.
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة تخطيط الموارد المؤسسية (ERP) وأنظمة إدارة المخزون.
- معرفة بأفضل ممارسات الرقابة على المخزون وإدارة المستودعات.

Job Purpose:
The Warehouse Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the Golf Division warehouse by overseeing inventory management, storage, receiving, issuing, and distribution of materials, equipment, spare parts, fertilizers, chemicals, irrigation supplies, and consumables required for golf course maintenance and operations. The role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with safety regulations, cost control, and uninterrupted supply to support golf course operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Golf Division warehouse.
- Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment.
- Ensure proper inventory control procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to avoid shortages.
- Verify that all goods received match purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to golf course maintenance, irrigation, landscaping, and facilities teams.
- Maintain effective warehouse organization and housekeeping standards.
Inventory Management
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP or inventory management system.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Optimize inventory levels to support operations while minimizing carrying costs.
- Track and manage critical spare parts inventories for irrigation and golf maintenance equipment.
Procurement & Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishment of stock items.
- Assist in preparing material forecasts based on operational requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and vendor deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and discrepancies.
Equipment, Chemicals & Fertilizers Management
- Ensure proper storage and handling of fertilizers, turf chemicals, pesticides, lubricants, fuels, and hazardous materials.
- Monitor shelf-life requirements and compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain records of chemical usage and storage in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support inventory controls for irrigation fittings, pumps, tools, and golf course maintenance equipment parts.
Leadership & Supervision
- Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff.
- Monitor employee productivity and compliance with warehouse procedures.
- Assist in training warehouse personnel on inventory management systems and safe work practices.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and operational efficiency programs.
Reporting
- Prepare inventory, consumption, stock valuation, and warehouse performance reports.
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend stock optimization measures.
- Report stock discrepancies and operational concerns to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of warehouse and inventory management experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in golf, landscaping, irrigation, agriculture, hospitality, or facilities management operations is preferred.
- Experience using ERP and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management best practices.
