تعلن شركة Aggreko، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في توفير حلول الطاقة الهندسية، عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمسمى "مسؤول الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE Officer)" للعمل في مستودع الرياض ومواقع العملاء والمشاريع. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تطوير وتنفيذ نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاص بالشركة، وضمان تطبيق ممارسات العمل الآمنة على جميع المستويات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة وتحسين أداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بما يتوافق مع القوانين واللوائح المحلية وسياسات الشركة.
- التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع/مدراء المواقع/مدراء الخدمة/قادة فرق الخدمة لضمان الامتثال لسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ونظام الإدارة.
- إجراء تحقيقات معمقة لجميع الحوادث المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والتنسيق مع فرق الإدارة المحلية ومسؤول QHSE (المملكة) لوضع وتنفيذ خطط العمل التصحيحية والفورية.
- التنسيق مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات لجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بالتعاون مع مسؤول QHSE (المملكة).
- إجراء دورات توجيهية داخلية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة على المستوى المحلي تشمل جميع الموظفين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية حسب الحاجة لإعداد تقييمات المخاطر وبيانات الطريقة وفقاً لنطاق العمل.
- التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات وممثلي العملاء وإعداد ودعم استكمال استبيانات التأهيل المسبق مع المستندات المطلوبة لدعم متطلبات العملاء.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش بالتعاون مع مسؤول QHSE (المملكة) عند الحاجة.
- زيارة مواقع العملاء المحلية وحضورها عند الطلب.
- مراقبة أجهزة تتبع المركبات، والتنسيق لتركيب وإزالة أجهزة التتبع وكاميرات المراقبة، وتنزيل بيانات التتبع والكاميرات عند الطلب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة NEBOSH IGC وشهادة IOSH في إدارة السلامة (مطلوبتان).
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في مجال التأكد من الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للأعمال الصناعية (الكهربائية/الميكانيكية).
- خبرة في ضمان السلامة في المستودع وفي الميدان وفي مقار العملاء.
- حيازة رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول محلية.
- الاستعداد للسفر المتكرر عند الحاجة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية.
- الجنسية السعودية.
- الإقامة في الرياض أو بالقرب منها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- المعرفة والخبرة المثالية في مشاريع التسليم قصيرة الدورة (مثل الفعاليات الكبيرة).
- من المفضل (غير إلزامي): معرفة/خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز.

The HSE Officer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System. The HSE Officer will be fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioural practices at all levels of the organization. This position provides HSE guidance to the organization and supports the operations process to maintain and continually improve the safety culture and performance, in line with the organization’s needs to comply with business objectives in the short, medium, and long terms and in accordance with the terms of our various contracts and the Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the Health, Safety & Environment performance in compliance with local and legal legislation, regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise and coordinate with Project managers /Location managers/Service Managers/ Service Team Leaders to ensure compliance with Aggreko’s HSE policies and HSE Management System.
- Conduct in depth Investigation for all HSE related incidents and liaise with local management teams and QHSE Officer (KSA) for creation and implementation of immediate and corrective action plans.
- Liaise with the suppliers and service providers for all HSE related requirements in conjunction with the QHSE Officer (KSA).
- Conduct internal HSE inductions at a local level encompassing all relevant staff and sub - contractors.
- Liaise with relevant stake holders as required in preparation for Risk Assessments and Method Statements as per the scope of work.
- Liaise with Aggreko sales team and customer representatives and prepare and support completion of Pre-Qualification questionnaire along with the required documents to support customer requirements.
- Support audits and inspections in conjunction with QHSE Officer (KSA) as and when required.
- Visit and attend to local customer sites as and when requested.
- Monitor the vehicle trackers, and coordinate the installation and removal of the trackers and dashcam and download the vehicle tracking and dashcam details as and when requested.
- NEBOSH IGC and IOSH safety management qualifications are required.
- Minimum three years of experience in ensuring HSE for (electro)mechanical industrial work.
- Experience with ensuring safety on the depot and at in the field, at customers premisses.
- Knowledge and ideally experience short cycle delivery projects (e.g. large events).
- Nice to have, but not mandatory: Knowledge/ experience with the oil and gas sector
- Possession of valid local driving license.
- Availability to travel frequently as and when required within KSA.
- Fluent command of English language.
- Saudi Arabian citizen
