نبذة عن الوظيفة
- كفني ضواغط هواء، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تركيب وتشغيل ضواغط OFA سعة 1550CFM، وإعداد أنظمة ضواغط الهواء وتخطيط الخراطيم والمعدات المساعدة (مثل المجففات والمرشحات وخزانات التجميع)، بالإضافة إلى الصيانة الوقائية والإصلاح في المستودع أو في الموقع أثناء تأجير الوحدة.
- نحن نضمن استمرارية العمليات لعملائنا دون انقطاع، من الفعاليات العالمية إلى عمليات التعدين والمجتمعات النائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية: فحوصات دورية، تغيير زيت المحرك والضواغط، واستبدال المرشحات (بما في ذلك مرشحات المجففات) والأجزاء البالية لإطالة عمر المعدات.
- أثناء التأجير والأعطال: الحضور في أي وقت لدعم العميل وإصلاح الوحدة في الموقع، مع ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة.
- دعم العملاء: التواصل مع العملاء، إدارة مكالمات الخدمة، وحضور أي أعطال في الموقع في أي وقت وطوال اليوم.
- التشخيص واستكشاف الأعطال والإصلاح: تحديد الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهوائية باستخدام أدوات التشخيص والمخططات الفنية.
- إدارة دورة التأجير: فحص الوحدة وصيانتها واختبار التحميل قبل التأجير، ثم تشغيل ضاغط OFA والمجفف والملحقات في الموقع وتلبية متطلبات العميل، وعند انتهاء التأجير إعادة الوحدة إلى المستودع وتنفيذ إجراءات العودة للجاهزية (Green Card) للتأجير المستقبلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات كفني ضواغط هواء.
- خبرة في تشخيص وصيانة وإصلاح ضواغط OFA سعة 1550CFM.
- القدرة على العمل بإشراف محدود واتخاذ قرارات سليمة.
- أساسيات قوية في الميكانيكا والهوائيات والأنظمة الكهربائية (بما في ذلك إصلاح HVAC الأساسي).
- القدرة على قراءة الأدلة الفنية والمخططات الكهربائية والمخططات الهندسية.
- إتقان استخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية وأجهزة الاختبار الإلكترونية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات متنوعة (في الهواء الطلق، النفط والغاز، المواقع البحرية، أو مناطق الخدمة الميدانية).
- الاستعداد للعمل لساعات إضافية عند الحاجة.

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Air Compressor Technician, you will be responsible for Installation & Commissioning of OFA 1550CFM capacity, Setting up air compressor systems, hoses layout, and ancillary equipment (e.g., dryers, filters, and reservoir tanks). Preventive Maintenance and repair in Depot or onsite during unit is onhire.

What You’ll Do As Air Compressor Technician
- Preventive Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections, engine /compressor oil changes, Filters including driers filters and replacing worn-out parts to extend equipment lifespan.
- Operations: During OFA ONHIRE and breakdown need to attend anytime as our client needs assistance/support to repair the unit onsite and ensure operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Support: Communicating with clients, managing service calls, and attending any breakdown onsite any day and time as client needed.
- Diagnostics, Troubleshooting & Repair: Identifying mechanical, electrical control, and pneumatic faults using diagnostic tools and technical schematics.
- Aggreko business is RENTAL so unit must be check/do maintenance /Load test before sending for onhire. once onhire; Technician need to commission the OFA air compressor and dryer /ancillaries and must run /give the client requirements once unit offhired need to decommission the set unit and return to Depot and do the green card procedure again to make the unit ready again for future onhire
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience as Air Compressor Technician
- Experience and knowledge of troubleshoot /maintain /repair - OFA 1550CFM
- Can work with minimum supervision and have a good decision making
- Strong foundation in mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (including BASIC HVAC repair
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and electronic testing equipment.
- Ability to work in various environments (outdoors, oil & gas, offshores site, or field service territories).
- Willing to work for extended hours if needed.
