ستتولى إعداد التصاميم الخاصة بالمشاريع والوثائق الفنية الداعمة لإدراجها في عروض المبيعات ومراحل التصميم التفصيلي والمشاريع التشغيلية. كما ستنسق المدخلات الهندسية عبر الفريق وتقدم الدعم الفني الخبير لأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواصل مع الكوادر الفنية للعميل وزيارة مواقع المشاريع المحتملة عند الحاجة للتحقق من متطلبات المشروع.
- إرشاد فريق المبيعات بشأن قضايا التصميم الخاصة بالمشروع واقتراح حلول هندسية.
- تصميم حزم التحكم في الطاقة/درجة الحرارة بما يتناسب مع احتياجات المشروع وتعظيم استخدام منتجات أسطول Aggreko.
- تصميم مواصفات المعدات الميكانيكية التخصصية بالتعاون مع فريق الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية (ME).
- إعداد رسومات فنية لفريق الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية مثل الرسومات ثلاثية الأبعاد (3D) ومخططات الإنشاء والمخططات التخطيطية ورسومات الأنابيب والأجهزة (PID) ومخططات الخط الواحد ومخططات المواقع.
- إجراء حسابات الأحمال الحرارية لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) وحسابات تحديد حجم المعدات وانخفاض الضغط والتدفق.
- ضمان توافق التصميم مع المعايير والكودات ذات الصلة (ASHRAE، ANSI، ASME، IEC، اللوائح المحلية).
- إعداد قوائم المواد الميكانيكية/الأنابيب للمشروع ووثائق الهندسة لتلبية متطلبات الوظيفة المحددة.
- تقديم المساعدة الهندسية للمشاريع التشغيلية عند الحاجة.
- التعاون مع الفريق الهندسي في متطلبات دعم التصميم طوال دورة حياة المشروع الكاملة.
- الالتزام بسياسات Aggreko للصحة والسلامة والبيئة والامتثال للتشريعات المحلية، حيث تولي الشركة أهمية كبيرة لهذه الجوانب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة تصميمية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع MEP - HVAC / توليد الطاقة / النفط والغاز.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (الطلاقة)، وتعد اللغة الثانية ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
- التركيز على احتياجات العميل وفهم أهمية تلبية تلك الاحتياجات سواء كانت داخلية أو خارجية وبناء العلاقات.
- القدرة على العمل مع الآخرين والتفاعل معهم وبناء العلاقات.
- يتطلب السفر إلى مواقع المشاريع للزيارات الميدانية واجتماعات العملاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تصميم قوية باستخدام الحاسوب.
- إتقان استخدام برنامج Autocad.
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات/برامج ميكانيكية مثل HAP و Inventor / SolidWorks.

What you’ll do as Applications Engineer - Temperature Control :
- Liaise with client’s technical staff and visit potential job sites, as required, to verify project needs.
- Advise Sales team on project specific design issues and propose engineering solutions.
- Design power/ temperature control packages to suit project needs and maximize use of Aggreko fleet products.
- Design the specification of specialist mechanical equipment in conjunction with ME Engineering team.
- Prepare professional drawings for ME Engineering, such as 3-Dimensional Drawings (3D) & construction diagrams, schematics, Piping and Instrument Drawings (PID), Single line diagram and Site Layouts.
- Perform HVAC heat load calculations, equipment sizing, pressure drop & flow calculations.
- Ensure design complies with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, ANSI, ASME, IEC, local regulations)
- Prepare project for construction mechanical/piping bill of materials and engineering documents to meet specific job requirements.
- Gives engineering assistance as required to Operational Projects.
- Collaborate with Engineering Team on design support requirements for the complete project life cycle.

- Minimum of 5 years design experience in a MEP - HVAC / Power Generation/ Oil & Gas Industry
- Fluent in English, a second language would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong computer design skills.
- Proficient in using Autocad
- Experience in Mechanical tools/software such as HAP, Inventor/ SolidWorks
