Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced Inpatient Manager to lead and optimize inpatient operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and compliance with healthcare quality standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare leader who is passionate about improving patient experience, driving operational efficiency, and leading multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Inpatient Department.
• Optimize bed management, patient flow, admissions, discharges, and resource utilization.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor operational KPIs including bed occupancy, length of stay, patient satisfaction, and service performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Medical, Nursing, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Ensure compliance with CBAHI, JCI, and all applicable healthcare regulations.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient-centered care across inpatient services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine (Master's degree is an advantage).
• 8-10 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a middle management or leadership role within inpatient or hospital operations.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, bed management, patient flow, accreditation standards, and healthcare quality.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
