تعلن شركة Napco National عن توفر وظيفة فني صيانة (Maintenance Technician) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة حالة الأصول وتحديد حالتها بناءً على المؤشرات وبيانات الحالة الفورية لترتيب أولويات موارد الصيانة وتحسينها بما يقلل التكلفة ووقت التوقف مع الحفاظ على كفاءة الأصول.
- تحديد وعزل وإصلاح الأعطال بشكل كامل لاستعادة الأصل المعطل إلى حالة تشغيلية تمكنه من أداء وظيفته المطلوبة، وتطبيق تحليل السبب الجذري (Root Cause Analysis) عند الحاجة لضمان حل طويل الأمد.
- الإبلاغ عن المشكلات المتكررة واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تتبع استخدام قطع الغيار.
- اقتراح تحسينات لتقليل وقت التوقف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم في الكهرباء (Diploma-qualified Electrical Technician).
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة في الصيانة الكهربائية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها (electrical maintenance and troubleshooting).

Job Description

- Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
- dentify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied.
- Report recurring issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Track spare parts usage.
- Recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
