تعلن IHG Hotels & Resorts عن توفر وظيفة حارس إنقاذ (LIFEGUARD) في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التفاعل مع الجمهور بمسؤولية والترحيب بجميع مستخدمي المرافق.
  • الامتثال لإجراءات التشغيل الآمنة للمسبح في جميع الأوقات.
  • المحافظة على مراقبة يقظة لمناطق المسبح وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان سلامة جميع مستخدمي المسبح والموظفين.
  • التحقق من سلامة المعدات في مناطق المسؤولية، والإبلاغ عن أي تلف أو عطل في المعدات أو المنشآت أو المباني فور اكتشافها.
  • المساعدة في إعداد وتشغيل الفعاليات والأنشطة، بما في ذلك تجميع وفك المعدات والإصلاحات البسيطة عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من النظافة والصحة في جميع المرافق في جميع الأوقات.
  • التأكد من التعامل مع الممتلكات المفقودة وتسجيلها وفقًا للإجراءات.
  • الدوران في جميع مناطق المنشأة والتأكد من استخدام جميع المناطق بالطريقة الصحيحة، وإجراء التعديلات المناسبة عند الضرورة.
  • المساعدة في الإشراف والتحكم في أنشطة الأطفال، بما في ذلك الحفلات وبرامج اللعب والدورات التدريبية.

  • الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الطوارئ / دليل السلامة لقسم عمليات المنشأة.
  • ضمان التزام جميع الأقسام بجميع ممارسات السلامة.
  • ضمان أن تكون المنشأة في أفضل حالة في جميع الأوقات (من حيث العمليات والنظافة).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة إنقاذ سارية صادرة أو معترف بها من الاتحاد السعودي للسباحة (إلزامية).
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة إسعافات أولية وإنعاش قلبي رئوي سارية المفعول.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة كحارس إنقاذ في فندق أو منتجع أو نادٍ رياضي أو منشأة ترفيهية.
  • مهارات تواصل وخدمة ضيوف جيدة.
  • القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات المرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To interact with the public responsibly and welcome all users of the facilities.
  • To comply with the Pool Safe Operating Procedures at all times.
  • To maintain a vigilant watch of the swimming pool areas in accordance with the operating procedures and take necessary action to ensure the safety of all pool users and staff.
  • To check the safety of equipment in areas of responsibility and report any damage or malfunction of equipment, plant or building fabric immediately after discovery.
  • To assist in the preparation and operation of events and activities, including the assembly and dismantling of equipment and minor repairs when required.
  • To ensure that a consistently high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the facilities at all times.
  • To ensure that lost property is handled and recorded in line with procedures.
  • To patrol all areas of the facility and ensure that all areas are being used in the correct manner, making suitable adjustments as necessary.
  • Assist with the supervision and control of children’s activities including parties, play schemes and courses.
  • Perform routine checks of customers’ receipts to ensure proof of payment for entry to the swimming pool.
  • To comply with the Pool’s Health and Safety procedures at all times.
  • To ensure that all Pool equipment is stored safely and securely when not in use.
  • To report any maintenance issues using the appropriate procedures.
  • To attend relevant training courses as required by IHG.
  • Follow all safety policies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
  • To maintain accurate records as required by provincial regulations.

Health and Safety:

  • Adherence to all Facility Operations departmental Emergency Procedures/Safety Manual.
  • Ensure all departments adhere to all safety practices.

Guest Service:

  • To ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Valid Lifeguard Certification issued or recognized by the Saudi Arabian Swimming Federation is mandatory.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a hotel, resort, sports club, or recreational facility is preferred.
  • Good communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
