المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام وفحص والتحقق من الشحنات الواردة مقابل أوامر الشراء وقوائم التعبئة.
- تسجيل وتحديث مستويات المخزون بدقة باستخدام أنظمة وبرامج الشركة.
- تنظيم وتخزين المواد في المواقع المخصصة مع تحسين استغلال المساحة وسهولة الوصول.
- صرف وتوزيع المواد على الأقسام المختلفة بناءً على طلبات الصرف مع الحفاظ على التوثيق المناسب.
- إجراء جرد دوري للمخزون وتسوية الفروقات للحفاظ على سجلات مخزون دقيقة.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وتحديد المواد التي تحتاج إلى إعادة طلب لمنع نفاد المخزون أو زيادته.
- ضمان نظافة وترتيب وسلامة منطقة التخزين.
- تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية أو معدات مناولة المواد الأخرى بأمان وكفاءة (إذا كان حاصلاً على شهادة).
- المساعدة في تحميل وتفريغ البضائع عند الحاجة.
- الإبلاغ عن البضائع التالفة أو المعيبة والمساعدة في إرجاعها أو التخلص منها.
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات السلامة في الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة مثبتة كمسؤول مخازن أو في دور مشابه لإدارة المخزون، ويفضل في بيئة صناعية أو تصنيعية.
- مهارات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
- إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة المخزون وتطبيقات الكمبيوتر الأساسية (مثل MS Office).
- القدرة على رفع الأشياء الثقيلة وأداء المهام البدنية المطلوبة.
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- مهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الآخرين جيدة.
- الحصول على شهادة تشغيل رافعة شوكية ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.

Job Responsibilities:**
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Accurately record and update inventory levels using company systems and software.
- Organize and store materials in designated locations, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
- Issue and distribute materials to various departments as per requisitions, maintaining proper documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items requiring reordering to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store area.
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (if certified).
- Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed.
- Report damaged or defective goods and assist in their return or disposal.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar inventory management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Forklift operator certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
