تعلن شركة أكوا باور (Nomac) عن توفر وظيفة مشغل غرفة تحكم (CCR Operator) في محافظة المدينة المنورة (سدرة).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مراقبة وتشغيل وحدات توليد الطاقة وتحلية المياه من خلال غرفة التحكم في المحطة، والحفاظ على استقرار عمليات التشغيل لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج وفقاً لتعليمات الشركة ومعايير الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل الوحدة/المحطة المخصصة من لوحة التحكم وفق الإجراءات المحددة، وضبط ظروف التشغيل وتدفق المنتجات، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية في حال حدوث خلل أو عطل في المعدات.
- تطوير فهم شامل لتخطيط المحطة وعملياتها وأنظمة التشغيل المتقدمة ومعداتها وإجراءات العمل المتعلقة بالأصول التشغيلية المتعددة، لضمان تنفيذ المهام اليومية وفق معايير الجودة والسلامة.
- الحفاظ على اتصال لاسلكي مستمر مع مشغلي الميدان لإبلاغهم بظروف التشغيل الحالية، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للحفاظ على التشغيل ضمن المعايير المتفق عليها.
- تحديث سجلات وسجلات غرفة التحكم، وتسليم المناوبة بشكل صحيح لضمان استمرارية الاتصال.
- اتباع تعليمات مشرف الوردية/المهندس، ومراقبة أي تشوهات في النظام، واتخاذ إجراءات وقرارات سريعة لتطبيع المعدات وفقاً لتعليمات العمل وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- إجراء الفحص التشخيصي الأولي لتحديد سبب عطل المعدات، وإصلاح الأعطال إن أمكن، أو رفع طلبات عمل للمعدات المعطلة إلى الإدارات المعنية ومتابعة إصلاحها بكفاءة.
- التنسيق وضمان تطبيق إجراءات الإغلاق ووضع العلامات (Lock Out & Tag Out) أثناء عزل المعدات للصيانة، وتطبيع المعدات بعد الإلغاء وفقاً لإجراء تصريح العمل المعتمد.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل لأعضاء الفريق المبتدئين لتسهيل تبادل المعرفة وتحقيق معايير الجودة المحددة ضمن الفريق.
- الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة ذات الصلة لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال البيئي.
- مراقبة المعايير البيئية التنظيمية بشكل دوري، والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات إلى مشرف الوردية/المهندس لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات وأنظمة العمل المعمول بها في المؤسسة لضمان تنفيذ العمل وفقاً للمعايير المطلوبة.
- المساهمة في تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات التغيير والبرامج والمشاريع بما يتماشى مع معايير المؤسسة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من المشرف المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم تقني في الهندسة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تشغيل غرف التحكم في وحدات توليد الطاقة وتحلية المياه.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بمعدات المحطة ذات الصلة وعمليات غرفة التحكم.
- الإلمام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
- معرفة شاملة بجميع عمليات ومعدات المحطة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- معرفة واسعة بأنظمة التشغيل مثل DCS وSCADA وPLC وغيرها.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Control Room Operations
- Operate the assigned unit / plant from the control panel as per defined procedures, adjust operating conditions and product flows and take immediate corrective action in the event of abnormalities or malfunction in the operating equipment.
- Develop thorough understanding of plant layout, processes, operating advanced technology systems and equipment and work procedures of multiple operating assets in order to perform duties and day-to-day operations as per defined quality/HSE standards.
- Maintain continuous radio contact with field operators, informing them of current operating conditions and initiating required actions to maintain operations within the agreed operating parameters.
- Update the control room registers and logs and carry out proper shift handover to ensure seamless communication.
- Follow the work instructions of the Shift Supervisor / Engineer, monitor any system abnormalities and take quick actions and decisions to normalize the equipment as per the work instructions / SOPs.
- Make initial diagnostic check to determine cause of equipment malfunction, correct faults if required or raise work requests for faulty equipment to the concerned departments and follow up for the timely and efficient defect rectification.
- Coordinate and ensure Lock Out & Tag Out during the isolation of equipment for maintenance and normalize the equipment after cancellation, as per the approved Permit to Work procedure.
- Provide on-the-job training to junior team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and achievement of defined quality standards within the team.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
- Monitor the environmental regulatory parameters on a regular basis and report any deviations to Shift Supervisor/Engineer for corrective action.

Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- A Technical Diploma holder in Engineering.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in control room operations in the Power / Water desalination units
- Knowledge of relevant plant equipment and control room operations
- Awareness of HSE & quality standards
- Knowledge of all relevant plant processes and equipment
- Attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems like DCS, SCADA, PLC etc.
- Knowledge of downtime analysis and good knowledge of problem solving tools
- Knowledge of power and water desalination operational activities
- Mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Planning, organizing, and integration skills
- Teamwork and effective collaboration skills
