تعلن شركة بوبا العربية عن توفر وظيفة Senior Registrar - طب الأطفال (قيد التوظيف) في مدينة جدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم رعاية طبية شاملة للمواليد والرضع والأطفال والمراهقين، مع التركيز على سلامتهم الجسدية والعاطفية والنمائية.
- إجراء تقييمات طبية دقيقة تشمل التاريخ المرضي والفحص السريري وطلب وتفسير الفحوصات التشخيصية الخاصة بالأطفال.
- وضع وتنفيذ خطط علاجية مخصصة للمرضى الأطفال بناءً على الطب المبني على الأدلة والرعاية المتمحورة حول الأسرة.
- تشخيص وإدارة مجموعة واسعة من الحالات الطبية للأطفال، بما في ذلك الأمراض الحادة والمزمنة والاضطرابات النمائية والسلوكية.
- تعزيز الرعاية الصحية الوقائية من خلال زيارات الطفل السليم والتطعيمات ومراقبة النمو والتطور وتثقيف الأهل.
- التعاون مع الأطباء المختصين والممرضين والعاملين الصحيين والموارد المجتمعية لضمان رعاية منسقة وشاملة.
- استخدام منصات التطبيب عن بُعد لإجراء الاستشارات عن بُعد ومتابعة المرضى.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة طبية (MD، MBBS أو ما يعادلها) من كلية طب معتمدة.
- إكمال برنامج الإقامة في طب الأطفال من برنامج معتمد.
- الحصول على البورد السعودي في طب الأطفال من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
- خبرة مثبتة كـ Registrar في طب الأطفال أو دور مشابه، ويفضل في مستشفى أو عيادة أو بيئة تطبيب عن بُعد.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية (EMR) والتقنيات الصحية الأخرى.
- مهارات سريرية قوية مع القدرة على تشخيص وإدارة مجموعة واسعة من الحالات الطبية الحادة والمزمنة للأطفال.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وبناء العلاقات مع المرضى الأطفال وأولياء الأمور والزملاء.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Registrar in Pediatrics to join our healthcare team. As a Senior Registrar, you will provide physically and through telemedicine comprehensive medical care to pediatrics including newborns, infants, children, and adolescents. You will play a pivotal role in promoting child health and development, diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise in Pediatrics will contribute to ensuring the well-being of pediatric patients, providing family-centered care, and supporting the organization's commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns, infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, including detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests specific to pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for pediatric patients, incorporating evidence-based medicine, family-centered care, and age-specific considerations.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions, including acute illnesses, chronic diseases, developmental disorders, and behavioral health concerns.
- Promote preventive healthcare measures, including well-child visits, vaccinations, growth and development monitoring, and health education for parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with specialists, pediatric nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and community resources to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for pediatric patients.
- Practice population health management by identifying and addressing pediatric health issues at the community level, implementing preventive measures, and promoting health awareness.
- Utilize telemedicine platforms to provide remote consultations, monitor patients' progress, and offer virtual follow-up care when appropriate.

Skills

- Proven experience as a Registrar in Pediatrics or similar role, preferably in a hospital, clinical setting or telehealth setting.
