Position: Director - Taxation, KSA

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an accomplished Director - Taxation, KSA, to lead and grow our practice in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a consulting firm, with strong expertise in both Direct and Indirect Tax, complemented by Audit experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the practice, driving business growth and new client acquisition.
• Provide strategic advisory across Direct, Indirect Tax and Audit
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Build strong client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Drive service excellence, ensuring quality delivery and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a consulting/advisory firm.
• Strong experience in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Audit.
• Mandatory GCC experience; KSA experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop business, lead teams and manage senior client relationships.
