تعلن شركة الخطوط الجوية القطرية (Qatar Airways) عن توفر وظيفة وكيل أول لعمليات الشحن (Senior Cargo Operations Agent) في مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن وكيل أول لعمليات الشحن للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيقوم المرشح المختار بتقديم خدمات عمليات الشحن وخدمة العملاء، بما في ذلك التفاعل مع العملاء ووكلاء المناولة الأرضية (GHA) للشحن الوارد والصادر. تأمين الدعم التشغيلي وخدمة العملاء اللازم لتمكين المحطة من تحقيق أهداف الشحن. ضمان الامتثال الكامل في جميع الأوقات لجميع لوائح وإجراءات السلامة والأمن وفقاً لمتطلبات الدولة المضيفة ومتطلبات الشركة. تحديد احتياجات وتحسين أداء خدمة الشحن والتشغيل للمحطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم المشرف المباشر في تطوير الخطة التشغيلية وتقديم خدمة عملاء عالية الجودة وتجاوز أهداف الإيرادات.
- التنسيق مع وكلاء المناولة الأرضية المحليين (GHA) ومع قسم الشحن في المكتب الرئيسي لضمان وتعزيز جودة الخدمة العالية المقدمة من الخطوط الجوية القطرية للشحن الوارد والصادر.
- الإشراف على روتين وكلاء المناولة الأرضية (GHA) لضمان سير الأنشطة التشغيلية بسلاسة.
- دعم عملاء الشحن الوارد في تخليص بضائعهم.
- التنسيق مع المكتب الرئيسي في الدوحة (DOH) و/أو محطات المنشأ للحصول على الدعم اللازم.
- تخطيط الرحلات مع الاستفادة القصوى من سعة الطائرة، والتحكم في عمليات التصدير والاستيراد وتشغيلها. الحفاظ على تنسيق وثيق بين قسم التحكم في المساحة (Space Control) والعملاء من خلال ضمان نقل شحناتهم وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد، وإعطاء الأولوية الصحيحة للشحنات، وتحقيق أقصى استفادة من المساحة على الطائرة.
- التنسيق مع العملاء / ممثلي مطالبات الشحن في المكتب الرئيسي، والتعامل مع التناقضات في المحطات، وجميع المسائل الإدارية المتعلقة بالمحطات.
- نشر جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالشحن لتحديث العملاء بشأن قواعد الجمارك والسلطات الحكومية والصحية، وإبلاغ المكتب الرئيسي للامتثال للوائح وتجنب الغرامات أو الإتلاف وما إلى ذلك.
- ضمان إرسال الإخطارات رسمياً حول معلومات وصول الشحن إلى وكلاء الشحن / وكلاء / العملاء المباشرين لضمان عدم بقاء الشحن تحت حوزة شركة الطيران لفترة طويلة، وتجنب التلف، وتوفير مساحة في المستودع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل مهني أو جامعي أو تجاري مناسب مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم عمليات الشحن / القبول / الأعمال المكتبية (الإدارية) / المستودع / الرمبات / إجراءات الشحن للتصدير والاستيراد.
المهارات المطلوبة
- المعرفة بمبيعات الشحن تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

About the Role:

Secure proper Operational and Customer Service support to enable station to meet the Cargo Target. Accountabilities
- Support the immediate supervisor in developing operational plan and to provide quality customer service and surpass revenue targets
- Liaising with Local Ground Handling Agents and with Head office Cargo Department to ensure/ enhance a high quality service provided by QR both import and export.
- To oversee the GHA routines in order to pursue smooth running of operational activities.
- Support import Customers for clearance of their cargo.
- Liaising with HQ DOH and/or origin stations for necessary support.
- Flight planning with maximum utilization of the Flight Capacity, Control and Operation Export & Import. Maintain a close coordination between QR Space control and customers by ensuring their shipments are transferred, delivered on time, correct priority given to shipments and for maximum utilization of space on aircraft.
- Coordination with customers/ Cargo Claims representatives at Head Office, handling of discrepancies at stations and in all Administrative Issues related to stations.
- To disseminate all Cargo related information for updating customers regarding customs, governmental and health authorities rules and to HO to comply with regulations and to avoid penalties, destruction, etc.
- Ensure that notifications are sent officially on Cargo Arrival Information, to Freight forwarders/ agents/ direct customers to ensure the Cargo does not stay under airlines custody for long period, avoid damages and for space availability at the warehouse.

Qualification
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Cargo Operations/ Acceptance/ Office (admin)/ Warehouse/ Ramp/ Cargo Procedures export and import.
- Knowledge in Cargo Sales will be an added advantage.
- Command of English language.
