نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن قائد عمليات احتيال سيبراني ذي خبرة للإشراف على العمليات اليومية وإنتاجية فريق عمليات الاحتيال في الرياض. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح الناجح بخلفية قوية في عمليات الاحتيال، وأنظمة الاحتيال السيبراني، وإدارة الفرق، وإدارة علاقات العملاء. سيكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان التزام الفريق باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المتفق عليها، مع تحسين مستمر لعمليات كشف الاحتيال وتحليله.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات اليومية وإنتاجية فريق تحليل الاحتيال.
- ضمان التزام أداء الفريق باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والأهداف التشغيلية.
- مراقبة أعباء عمل المحللين وضمان توزيع الموارد بكفاءة.
- إدارة خطط الإجازات ومتطلبات التوظيف لضمان استمرارية العمليات لدى العميل.
- تنسيق المناوبات الشهرية والجداول الزمنية وتغطية الفريق.
- مراجعة أداء المحللين، وتحديد الأخطاء أو الفجوات، وتقديم التغذية الراجعة والتدريب في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة وتحليل الجلسات التي يتم تحديدها أو الإبلاغ عنها كاحتيال محتمل.
- تحديد أنماط الاحتيال المتكررة والسيناريوهات التي تؤثر على العملاء.
- تطوير والتوصية بقواعد وحالات استخدام جديدة لكشف الاحتيال بناءً على الأنماط الناشئة.
- العمل عن كثب مع الفرق التقنية والسيبرانية لتحسين قدرات كشف الاحتيال.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن العمليات والأداء وتحليل الاحتيال للإدارة.
- تتبع مؤشرات الاحتيال الرئيسية والمقاييس التشغيلية وأداء الفريق.
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية ومهنية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال تشغيلية أساسية للمسائل المتعلقة بالاحتيال.
- دعم تنفيذ استراتيجيات وعمليات وضوابط جديدة لإدارة الاحتيال.
- ضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات التشغيلية وأفضل الممارسات في إدارة الاحتيال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 8-10+ سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في عمليات الاحتيال، أو الاحتيال السيبراني، أو تحليل الاحتيال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أو قيادة فريق عمليات/تحليل احتيال.
- خبرة عملية قوية مع Group-IB - إلزامية.
- خبرة مع منصات أخرى للاحتيال أو الأمن السيبراني أو SIEM أو المراقبة مثل SAS أو Splunk أو أدوات مماثلة.
- فهم قوي لعمليات كشف الاحتيال والتحقيق والمراقبة والوقاية.
- خبرة في تحليل أنماط الاحتيال وتطوير أو تحسين قواعد كشف الاحتيال.
- فهم قوي لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة التشغيلية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإدارة الأداء وإعداد التقارير.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة علاقات العملاء.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة تشغيلية سريعة الخطى.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في القطاع المصرفي أو الخدمات المالية أو التكنولوجيا المالية أو الاتصالات.
- خبرة في عمليات الأمن السيبراني أو بيئات SOC.
- معرفة بتقنيات الاحتيال السيبراني الناشئة وسيناريوهات احتيال العملاء.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in fraud operations, cyber fraud systems, team management, and client relationship management. This role will be responsible for ensuring the team consistently meets agreed SLAs and KPIs, while continuously improving fraud detection and analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and productivity of the fraud analysis team.
- Ensure team performance consistently meets agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.
- Monitor analyst workloads and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Manage vacation plans and staffing requirements to ensure continuous client operations.
- Coordinate monthly shifts, schedules, and team coverage.
- Review analyst performance, identify errors or performance gaps, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
- Monitor and analyse sessions identified or flagged as potential fraud.
- Identify recurring fraud patterns and scenarios affecting customers.
- Develop and recommend new fraud detection rules and use cases based on emerging fraud patterns.
- Work closely with technical and cyber teams to improve fraud detection capabilities.
- Prepare regular operational, performance, and fraud analysis reports for management.
- Track key fraud trends, operational metrics, and team performance.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for fraud-related matters.
- Support the implementation of new fraud management strategies, processes, and controls.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and fraud management best practices.
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in fraud operations, cyber fraud, fraud analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing or leading a fraud operations/analysis team.
- Strong hands-on experience with Group-IB - mandatory.
- Experience with other fraud, cybersecurity, SIEM, or monitoring platforms such as SAS, Splunk, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection, investigation, monitoring, and prevention processes.
- Experience analysing fraud patterns and developing or refining fraud detection rules.
- Strong understanding of operational SLAs, KPIs, performance management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Previous experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or telecommunications.
- Experience with cybersecurity operations or SOC environments.
- Knowledge of emerging cyber fraud techniques and customer fraud scenarios.
- Experience working with large enterprise or government clients.
- Saudi National candidates are preferred.
