تعلن شركة الاتصالات السعودية (stc) عن وظيفة خبير أول في تصميم وتخطيط التقنية، للعمل في الرياض، بهدف قيادة تنفيذ أنشطة تصميم وتخطيط التقنية في مجالات المهام الحيوية والأعمال الحيوية، وترجمة متطلبات الأعمال إلى تصاميم تقنية متينة مع الالتزام بمعايير التخطيط المؤسسي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ حلول التصميم التقني للمجالات الحيوية (Mission-Critical و Business-Critical) مع ضمان التوافق مع متطلبات الأعمال والمعايير الوطنية للاتصالات.
- تطبيق وإنفاذ أطر الحوكمة والمعايير التخطيطية لضمان الاتساق والامتثال والمواءمة مع استراتيجية تقنية مجموعة stc.
- قيادة تطوير وتحديث مستمر للتخطيطات التقنية الشاملة (end-to-end) بالتنسيق مع خدمات تقنية المؤسسات المشتركة.
- ضمان توافق التصاميم التقنية مع معايير مجموعة stc لدعم التكامل وقابلية التوسع والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- المساهمة في تنفيذ الاستراتيجية التقنية عبر تحليل اتجاهات السوق وتقديم المدخلات للتخطيط واتجاه التخطيط المستقبلي.
- تحديد وصيانة معايير تخطيط الشبكات مع التركيز على الأمان والمرونة وقابلية التوسع.
- قيادة أنشطة التصميم التقني عبر الشبكات والمنصات والتطبيقات لتلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية والخدمية.
- دعم والمساهمة في مبادرات الابتكار والبحث والتطوير ضمن مركز الخبرة (CoE) بما في ذلك تقييم واعتماد التقنيات الناشئة.
- ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال والخدمات إلى مواصفات تقنية تفصيلية واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) ووثائق تخطيطية.
- مراجعة وتقييم مخرجات التصميم وتحديد الفجوات وتقديم توصيات للتحسين لضمان التوافق مع البنية التحتية المتطورة واحتياجات الأعمال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس؛ يفضل درجة الماجستير.
- التخصص الأكثر تفضيلاً: بكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات، هندسة الشبكات، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for leading the execution of Specialized’s technology design and architecture activities across the Mission-Critical and Businss-Critical domains. The role focuses on translating business requirements into robust technical designs, driving adherence to architecture standards, and ensuring alignment with stc Group’s strategy. The role also contributes to innovation initiatives and supports the development of scalable, secure, and future-ready technology architectures.

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
The role holder is responsible for leading the execution of Specialized’s technology design and architecture activities across the Mission-Critical and Businss-Critical domains. The role focuses on translating business requirements into robust technical designs, driving adherence to architecture standards, and ensuring alignment with stc Group’s strategy. The role also contributes to innovation initiatives and supports the development of scalable, secure, and future-ready technology architectures.
Key Functional Accountability
- Lead the implementation of Mission-Critical and Businss-Critical technology design solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and national communication standards.
- Apply and enforce architecture governance frameworks and standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with stc Group technology strategy.
- Lead the development and continuous update of end-to-end technology architectures, coordinating with Corporate IT Services for shared IT components.
- Ensure alignment of technology designs with stc Group standards to support integration, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to technology strategy execution by analyzing market trends and providing inputs for planning and future architecture direction.
- Define and maintain network architecture standards with focus on security, resilience, and scalability.
- Lead technology design activities across networks, platforms, and applications to meet operational and service requirements.
- Support and contribute to innovation and R&D initiatives within the CoE, including evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Translate business and service requirements into detailed technical specifications, SLAs, and architecture documentation.
- Review and assess design outputs, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to ensure alignment with evolving infrastructure and business needs.
