يسر الاتصالات السعودية (STC) الإعلان عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب خبير في مكتب إدارة المشاريع المؤسسية (EPMO Expert) في الرياض، حيث سيتولى دعم تخطيط وتنفيذ ومتابعة المشاريع والمبادرات الاستراتيجية على مستوى المؤسسة وفق أطر الحوكمة المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع المؤسسية والتحولية بما يتوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- تطبيق أطر حوكمة المشاريع لضمان توافق المبادرات مع الأولويات التنظيمية والمنهجيات المعتمدة.
- المساهمة في تطوير معايير وأدوات وأفضل ممارسات إدارة المشاريع والبرامج.
- الحفاظ على الخطة الرئيسية المتكاملة للمشاريع وتحديثها، وتتبع المعالم الرئيسية والتسليمات والتقدم العام.
- مراقبة أداء المشاريع وتحديد المخاطر والتأخيرات والاختناقات، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دعم التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان معالجة القضايا المؤثرة على تنفيذ المشاريع في الوقت المناسب.
- تتبع ومتابعة طلبات التغيير وضمان الالتزام بعمليات الموافقة المحددة لتغييرات النطاق والجدول والميزانية.
- دعم تطبيق واستخدام أنظمة تتبع المشاريع وإعداد التقارير لضمان الرؤية حول حالة المشاريع وأدائها.
- إعداد تقارير دورية حول تقدم المشاريع ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والمخاطر والوضع المالي لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- مراقبة الجوانب المالية للمشاريع واستخدام الموارد لضمان التوافق مع الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
- دعم تنفيذ أنشطة إدارة التغيير لتسهيل اعتماد المبادرات والعمليات والأدوات الجديدة.
- المساهمة في تطوير قاعدة المعرفة لمكتب إدارة المشاريع وتبادل أفضل الممارسات عبر المشاريع.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان التوافق والتكامل بين المشاريع والبرامج المتعددة.
- ضمان الامتثال للسياسات الداخلية ومعايير الحوكمة ومتطلبات إعداد التقارير عبر جميع المبادرات المدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات ولا تزيد عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

Key Functional Accountability
- Support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide, corporate, and transformational projects aligned with Specialized’s strategic objectives.
- Apply project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment of initiatives with organizational priorities and approved methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project and program management standards, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain and update the integrated project master plan, tracking milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
- Monitor project performance and identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Support coordination with project stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues impacting project execution.
- Track and follow up on change requests, ensuring adherence to defined approval processes related to scope, schedule, and budget changes.
- Support the implementation and utilization of project tracking and reporting systems to ensure visibility on project status and performance.
- Prepare periodic reports on project progress, KPIs, risks, and financial status for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project financials and resource utilization to ensure alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
- Support execution of change management activities to facilitate smooth adoption of new initiatives, processes, and tools.
- Contribute to the development of EPMO knowledge base and best practice sharing across projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration across multiple projects and programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and reporting requirements across all managed initiatives.
