تعلن شركة Saipem، الرائدة عالمياً في الهندسة والبناء للمشاريع الكبرى في قطاعي الطاقة والبنية التحتية (البري والبحري)، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس أجهزة قياس وتحكم (Instrumentation Engineer) في المنطقة الشرقية من المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ المهام الفنية للمشروع المسندة من قائد تخصص الأجهزة، وتشمل التصميم والمراجعة وتحديد المخططات والمواد والتحقق والاختبار وهندسة أجهزة الاستشعار والمشغلات وعناصر السلامة.
- التواصل والتنسيق مع المتخصصين والمصممين الآخرين في فريق المشروع.
- تنسيق الأنشطة الفنية المنفذة داخلياً أو عبر الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية.
- دعم تطوير المعرفة التقنية والمساهمة في العروض التجارية من خلال إعداد تقديرات الكميات والتكاليف.
- مراجعة الوثائق الفنية للعميل وتحديد أساسيات التصميم.
- إعداد المواصفات الفنية ولوحات البيانات (Data Sheets) ورسومات التركيب لأجهزة القياس والتحكم.
- إعداد قوائم الكميات (BOQs/MTOs) والمشاركة في ميكنة مخططات P&ID.
- التحقق من حسابات تحجيم صمامات التحكم وصمامات الأمان وحسابات عناصر القياس.
- المشاركة في أنشطة التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد (3D Modeling) واختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT).
- تقديم الدعم الفني والهندسي لفريق الإنشاءات والتشغيل والبدء (Construction & Commissioning).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في هندسة الأتمتة أو الإلكترونيات أو الهندسة الكيميائية.
- معرفة معمقة بأجهزة القياس والتحكم العملية (الضغط، درجة الحرارة، التدفق، المستوى) وصمامات التحكم وصمامات الأمان.
- معرفة المعايير والكودات الدولية (ISA، IEC، API، ASME) وتصنيفات المناطق الخطرة (ATEX/IECEx).
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثة (مستوى B2/C1).
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متعددة الجنسيات والثقافات.
- المرونة للعمل تحت جداول زمنية ضيقة في بيئة فريق متعددة التخصصات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام أدوات تصميم الأجهزة مثل SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) أو Aveva Engineering أو ما يشابهها.
- خبرة في برامج تحجيم الصمامات مثل Conval.
- مهارات تنظيمية وشخصية وتواصلية ممتازة.
- القدرة على حل المشكلات والعمل بتحفيز ذاتي وتوجه نحو النتائج.
- إثبات القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة التخصصات (التعامل مع أقسام الأنابيب والعمليات والكهرباء).

Specifically, the Instrumentation Engineer is responsible for the following activities:
- Perform Project technical tasks assigned by the Instrumentation Discipline Lead consisting in design, checking, layout definition, installation drawings and material definition, validation, testing and engineering of process measuring sensors, process actuators, installation elements and process safety elements
- Interface and coordinate with the other Project Team Specialists and Designers
- Coordinate technical activities performed either by insourcing or by outsourcing

- Bidding phase/Commercial proposal development
- Prepare Instrumentation elements (tagged items and bulk material), quantities for cost and erection works estimates
- Support Discipline Lead to define man hours and cost estimates
- Project Execution
- Review Client technical documentation and requirements
- Coordinate subcontracted engineering activities and control subcontracted engineering documents
- Define engineering design basis and guidelines
- Prepare the technical documentation for Instrumentation elements material and services requisitions.
- Prepare the technical evaluations according to internal procedures
- Provide technical support to Project Team
- Optimize Instrumentation design ensuring minimal cost and complexity in compliance with the contractual and safety requirements
- Prepare Instrumentation technical specifications
- Prepare Instrumentation data sheets
- Prepare Instrumentation installation specifications and drawings
- Prepare Instrumentation BOQs and MTOs
- Participating to P&ID mechanization
- Validate Vendor control valves and safety valves sizing calculations
- Validate Vendor measurements elements sizing calculations
- Coordinate engineering activities
- Ensure Instrumentation 3D modeling design activities
- Participating to F.A.T. activities and Vendor workshop
- Construction and start up
- Provide technical and engineering support to construction Team
- Perform site engineering activities during construction and commissioning phases
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of process instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level), control valves, and safety valves.
- Standards: Knowledge of international codes and standards (ISA, IEC, API, ASME) and Hazardous Area classifications (ATEX/IECEx).
- Software: Proficiency in instrumentation design tools (e.g., SmartPlant Instrumentation - SPI, Aveva Engineering, or similar) and sizing software (e.g., Conval).
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment (interface with Piping, Process, and Electrical departments).
- Languages: Excellent oral and written English (level B2/C1).
- Attitude to work in multi-national and multi-cultural project teams.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks.
- Must be self-motivated, results oriented, problem solver and flexible to work under tight schedules in a fast-track multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and Communication.
