شركة Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) تبحث عن مهندس تخطيط (Planning Engineer) لدعم مشاريع البناء والخدمات الموقعية في الشرق الأوسط، ومقر العمل الرئيسي في الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم المهندس مشاريع KES الخاصة بالبناء والخدمات في مجالات التخطيط والتقدير والمناقصات ومراقبة المشاريع ودعم العقود والتقارير الموقعية والفواتير والتوثيق. يتطلب التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والمقاولين من الباطن وفرق المشروع لمراقبة التقدم وإدارة المخاطر ودعم اتخاذ القرارات. تكون المهام مكتبية في الدمام بشكل أساسي مع حضور دوري في مواقع المشاريع في الشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة وتحديث جداول المشاريع باستخدام Primavera P6 و/أو Microsoft Project.
- إعداد الجداول الأساسية وجداول التطلع وجداول الاسترداد وجداول تحميل الموارد وجداول تحميل التكاليف.
- مراقبة التقدم وتحليل المسارات الحرجة وتحديد مخاطر الجدول الزمني والتوصية بإجراءات التخفيف أو الاسترداد.
- تنسيق مدخلات الجداول من فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والتشغيل والمقاولين من الباطن وفرق الموقع.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم ولوحات المعلومات وسرد الجداول الزمنية وتحديثات حالة المشروع للإدارة والعملاء.
- دعم أعمال المناقصات والتقدير وأوامر التغيير والمطالبات وتمديد الوقت وتحليل تغييرات العقود.
- مراجعة وإدارة وثائق تخطيط الإنشاءات بما في ذلك بيانات الأسلوب وخطط التعبئة وخطط الموارد وجداول المشاريع.
- تتبع تكاليف المشروع والتغييرات وسجلات الوقت والفواتير والمعلومات المتعلقة بالدفع.
- زيارة مواقع المشاريع عند الحاجة للتحقق من التقدم ودعم المطالبات وجمع معلومات المشروع.
- العمل مع الفرق الداخلية والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين والعملاء لدعم تنفيذ المشروع بأمان وكفاءة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- دعم ما قبل التعاقد والتقدير من خلال حضور اجتماعات التوضيح ومتابعة المناقصات وإعداد التقديرات والجداول وتفصيل الأسعار وطلبات العروض من المقاولين.
- مراجعة عروض الأطراف الثالثة ودعم التقييمات الفنية والتجارية والجدولية وتقييم المخاطر والتوصية بخطط الطوارئ وفرص تحسين العروض.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة في تخطيط المشاريع وجدولتها وتقدير تكاليف البناء في قطاع النفط والغاز.
- إتقان استخدام Primavera P6 وMicrosoft Project وMicrosoft Excel وأدوات مراقبة المشاريع الأخرى.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق والتحليل والتنظيم.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والعمل تحت الضغط والتنسيق مع العملاء والموردين والمقاولين والفرق الداخلية.
- الاستعداد للسفر بنسبة تصل إلى 40% من الوقت.
المهارات المطلوبة
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات PMI-SP أو PSP أو PMP أو ما يعادلها.

The role supports KES Construction/Services in planning, estimating, tendering, project controls, contract support, site reporting, invoicing, and documentation. The Planning Engineer will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and project teams to monitor progress, manage risks, and support informed project decisions.
This role is primarily office-based in Dammam, with periodic on-site presence at project locations across the Middle East.

What You Will Do
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Prepare baseline, look-ahead, recovery, resource-loaded, and cost-loaded schedules.
- Monitor progress, analyze critical paths, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation or recovery actions.
- Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, schedule narratives, and project status updates for management and clients.
- Support tendering, estimation, change orders, claims, extensions of time, and contract variation analysis.
- Review and manage construction planning documents, including method statements, mobilization plans, resource plans, and project schedules.
- Track project costs, variations, timesheets, invoices, and payment-related information.
- Visit project sites as required to verify progress, support claims, and gather project information.
- Work with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to support safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
- Attend pre-contract clarification meetings and support tender follow-up activities.
- Prepare construction estimates, schedules, price breakdowns, and subcontractor RFQs.
- Review third-party bids and support technical, commercial, and schedule evaluations.
- Assess risks, recommend contingencies, and identify proposal optimization opportunities.
- Maintain estimate records, work plans, and strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline preferred.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and construction cost estimation within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and other project controls tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- PMI-SP, PSP, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
