شركة Koch (KES) تبحث عن مهندس ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة - ميكانيكا ولحام (موقع) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. يتطلب المنصب تواجدًا بنسبة 70-80% في مواقع المشاريع داخل الشرق الأوسط.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المسؤول عن ضمان أن أنشطة الموقع الميكانيكية والتصنيع والتركيب واللحام تتوافق مع الإجراءات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع والكودات ومتطلبات الجودة للعميل.
- يشمل الدور الفحص، التحكم في اللحام، تتبع المواد، الاختبارات، متابعة عدم المطابقة، سجلات الجودة، ووثائق التسليم لدعم التنفيذ الآمن والمتوافق والصحيح من أول مرة.
- المكتب الرئيسي: KES، الدمام، السعودية، مع إمكانية النقل إلى مواقع المشاريع داخل الشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ خطط الجودة المعتمدة وITPs وبيانات الطرق والإجراءات لأنشطة الموقع الميكانيكية واللحام.
- فحص ومعاينة المواد الواردة، التجميع، المحاذاة، اللحام، التركيب، اختبار الضغط، إعادة التأهيل، واستكمال الأنشطة الميكانيكية.
- التحقق من المواد والمكونات والمستهلكات وMTCs والتتبع ومتطلبات الحفظ.
- مراجعة وثائق اللحام بما في ذلك WPS وPQR ومؤهلات عمال اللحام وخرائط اللحام وسجلات الإصلاح وسجلات المستهلكات.
- ضمان أن اللحام يتم بواسطة عمال لحام مؤهلين باستخدام إجراءات ومعايير قبول معتمدة.
- إجراء فحوصات بصرية وبعدية للأنابيب والمعدات والدعامات والوصلات الملحومة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة اللحام أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- شهادات CSWIP 3.1/3.2 أو AWS-CWI أو ما يعادلها من شهادات فحص الجودة/اللحام.
- خبرة في QA/QC في فحص الأعمال الميكانيكية والأنابيب وتركيب المعدات واللحام في مواقع صناعية أو نفط وغاز.
- خبرة عملية في الفحص البصري والبعدي، التحقق من المواد، فحص اللحام، تنسيق NDT، اختبار الضغط، والإكمال الميكانيكي.
- معرفة بمعايير ASME وAPI وAWS وISO ومواصفات المشروع/العميل للأعمال الميكانيكية واللحام.
- خبرة مع ITPs وخطط الجودة وWPS/PQR ومؤهلات عمال اللحام وبيانات الطرق وقوائم التفتيش وملفات التسليم.
- فهم التتبع ومراجعة MTC والتحكم في المستهلكات ومراقبة إصلاح اللحام والمعايرة وسجلات الجودة.
- الاستعداد للعمل المكثف في الموقع والسفر داخل الشرق الأوسط ودعم فترات الإغلاق والصيانة والأنشطة الإنشائية السريعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الإيزومترية والرسومات العامة ومخططات P&ID ورسومات التصنيع وخرائط اللحام والمواصفات.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتقارير والتنسيق مع فرق الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن والعملاء والأطراف الثالثة.
- الالتزام بالسلامة والجودة والتنفيذ الصحيح من أول مرة.

What You Will Do
- Implement approved quality plans, ITPs, method statements, and procedures for mechanical and welding site activities.
- Inspect and witness incoming materials, fit-up, alignment, welding, erection, installation, pressure testing, reinstatement, and mechanical completion activities.
- Verify materials, components, consumables, MTCs, traceability, and preservation requirements.
- Review welding documentation including WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, weld maps, repair logs, and consumable records.
- Ensure welding is performed by qualified welders using approved procedures and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of piping, equipment, supports, and welded joints.
- Coordinate and witness NDT activities including RT, UT, MT, and PT, and review reports for compliance.
- Maintain inspection reports, punch lists, NCRs, corrective action records, and turnover dossiers.
- Monitor hydrotest, leak test, flushing, box-up, reinstatement, and mechanical completion readiness.
- Identify non-conforming work and follow corrective and preventive actions through closure.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve quality issues with clients, third parties, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Support audits, quality awareness, and continuous improvement to reduce rework.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS-CWI certifications or equivalent quality/welding inspection certifications.
- QA/QC experience in mechanical, piping, equipment installation, and welding inspection at industrial or Oil & Gas sites.
- Knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ISO, and client/project specifications for mechanical and welding works.
- Experience with ITPs, quality plans, WPS/PQR, welder qualifications, method statements, checklists, and turnover dossiers.
- Hands-on experience in visual/dimensional inspection, material verification, weld inspection, NDT coordination, pressure testing, and mechanical completion.
- Understanding of traceability, MTC review, consumable control, weld repair monitoring, calibration, and quality records.
- Ability to read isometrics, GA drawings, P&IDs, fabrication drawings, weld maps, and specifications.
- Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and third parties.
- Willingness to work extensively at site, travel as required within Middle East, and support shutdowns, turnarounds, and fast-track construction activities.
