تعلن شركة Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) عن توفر وظيفة Maintenance Supervisor (مشرف صيانة) للعمل في مجمعها التصنيعي بالدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. سيشرف المرشح على جميع أنشطة الصيانة لضمان أعلى معايير البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) والجودة والإنتاجية، ودعم عمليات التصنيع الموثوقة والفعالة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على صيانة المعدات والمرافق، وضمان الامتثال لجميع معايير السلامة والجودة واللوائح التنظيمية.
- تعزيز ثقافة قوية للبيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) من خلال النمذجة السلوكية الآمنة، وتحديد المخاطر بشكل استباقي، وضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات EHS.
- تطوير وتنفيذ والحفاظ على برامج الصيانة الوقائية التي تحسن موثوقية المعدات وتقلل من وقت التوقف غير المخطط.
- تنفيذ وتحسين أنظمة وعمليات الصيانة باستمرار لتحسين الأداء التشغيلي.
- تخطيط وتنسيق أنشطة الصيانة مع الإنتاج والوظائف الأخرى لتقليل الاضطرابات في العمليات.
- قيادة وتدريب وتطوير فريق الصيانة لضمان تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية.
- توفير فرص التدريب والتطوير لبناء القدرات الفنية والملكية والمساءلة داخل الفريق.
- استخدام نظام Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP بفعالية لتخطيط الصيانة وموثوقية الأصول وإدارة الموارد.
- التعاون مع الفرق العالمية والإقليمية للاستفادة من أفضل الممارسات ودفع التحسين المستمر في أداء الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وتطوير فريق صيانة لتحقيق موثوقية عالية للمعدات ومعايير سلامة عالية.
- خبرة في تشخيص وحل المشكلات الكهربائية والميكانيكية المعقدة في بيئة صناعية أو تصنيعية.
- سجل قوي في تحسين عمليات الصيانة وتقليل وقت التوقف.
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة ERP و/أو EAM.
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية.
- مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي والقدرة على التعاون بفعالية في منظمة متعددة الوظائف.
المهارات المطلوبة

What You Will Do
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Champion a strong EHS culture by modeling safe behaviors, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to EHS policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and sustain preventive maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Implement and continuously improve maintenance systems and processes to optimize operational performance.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with production and other functions to minimize disruption to operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality execution of maintenance activities.
- Provide training and development opportunities to build technical capability, ownership, and accountability within the team.
- Utilize the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP system effectively for maintenance planning, asset reliability, and resource management.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to leverage best practices and drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a maintenance team to achieve high equipment reliability and safety standards.
- Exposure to diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong track record of improving maintenance processes and reducing downtime.
- Exposure to ERP and/or EAM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional organization.
- Ability to lead teams through change, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable results in equipment reliability and safety.
- Exposure to mentoring others, fostering collaboration, and building a culture of accountability.
- A track record of identifying and implementing innovative solutions that reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
