تعلن شركة أكوا باور عن توفر وظيفة أمين مستودع (Storekeeper) في قسم المستودعات بموقع المدينة المنورة - سدرة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تحت إشراف مباشر، يقوم شاغل الوظيفة بمجموعة من أنشطة الشحن والاستلام والتخزين، وتوزيع اللوازم والمعدات، وصيانة سجلات المخزون والمخازن، وقد يعمل كقائد للعاملين الآخرين في نفس المجال، بالإضافة إلى أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المحافظة على مخزون المصنع من اللوازم بما يشمل الطلب والاستلام والتخصيص.
- إعداد وكتابة طلبات الشراء السنوية والأوامر والتقارير والمراسلات.
- استلام وفحص جميع المواد الواردة ومطابقتها مع أوامر الشراء، ومعالجة وتوزيع الوثائق المرتبطة، والإبلاغ عن التلفيات والتناقضات ومتابعتها.
- تسجيل حركة المخزون اليومية الواردة والصادرة للمصنع.
- الإبلاغ عن الأصناف الملغاة أو التالفة إلى قسم المشتريات حسب الأصول.
- التعامل مع تخزين ونقل المواد الخطرة وتوثيق ذلك.
- تحديد وعزل وحفظ المواد المخزنة.
- المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب المستودع ومناطق التخزين والسجلات.
- فصل النفايات للتخلص منها بشكل سليم.
- إبلاغ الجهات المعنية بوصول المواد وترتيب أعمال الفحص.
- الإجابة عن الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالإجراءات وحل التناقضات في الاستلام والتسليم والضمانات والإصلاحات والممتلكات الفائضة.
- ترتيب إرجاع المواد غير المطابقة للمواصفات.
- صرف المواد حسب الاحتياجات والحفاظ على السجلات.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُكلَّف بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة البكالوريوس).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس الوظائف (يفضل 6 سنوات).
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بمبادئ أنظمة إدارة الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة.
- معرفة التأثيرات البيئية والصحية للمواد الكيميائية المخزنة في المستودع.
- معرفة كيفية تحديد ومعالجة وتخزين والتخلص من النفايات والمواد الكيميائية منتهية الصلاحية.
- القدرة على إجراء العمليات الحسابية الأساسية (جمع، طرح، ضرب، قسمة) بجميع وحدات القياس.
- القدرة على اجتياز اختبار طباعة بسرعة 35 كلمة في الدقيقة.
- القدرة على استخدام الكمبيوتر والبرامج ذات الصلة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على تقييم المخاطر وتقييم الأثر البيئي.
- يفضل الإلمام بمعايير ISO9001 و14001 وOHSAS 18001 (أو العمل بها).
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح وإيجاز.

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintains district inventory for Plant supplies which includes ordering, receiving and allocating
- Prepare and type annual requisitions, orders, reports, correspondence.
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Post daily incoming and outgoing plant stock.
- Reports canceled and damaged items to the purchase department as appropriate.
- Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
- Identification, segregation and preservation of materials stored
- Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Segregation of waste for proper disposal
- Inform relevant personnel about the arrival of material and to arrange for inspectionAnswers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property.
- Arrange to return non-conforming materials
- Issue material as per the requirements and maintain records
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
- Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
- Knowledge of environmental and health impact of chemicals being stored in the ware house
- Knowledge of identification, handling, storing and disposal of wastes and expired chemicals
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure.
- Ability to pass a typing test at 35 words per minute
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related software
- Good communication skills in English Language.
