تعلن شركة 73 Strings (منصة مبتكرة للتقييمات والبيانات) عن توفر وظيفة Associate - Valuations في مدينة الرياض، للسعوديين فقط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المرونة للعمل من موقع العميل في الرياض لمدة 5 أيام في الأسبوع.
- العمل مع فريق تطوير المنتجات على تطوير منتجات وميزات تقييم الأسهم المختلفة التي نبنيها لقطاع الاستشارات المالية.
- الإشراف على/مراجعة تقييمات المحافظ الاستثمارية المعقدة، ومنحنيات الأسهم، والنماذج المالية والإحصائية المختلفة.
- إدارة عملاء متعددين بشكل مستقل والتفاعل معهم (الأسهم الخاصة / رأس المال الاستثماري / إلخ).
- تقديم عروض توضيحية والإشراف على مهام إثبات المفهوم للعملاء المحتملين.
- الإشراف على/مراجعة المشاريع المتعلقة بتقييم المحافظ، وأبحاث الأعمال، ومشاريع التقييم. تعزيز مصادر البيانات ذات الصلة التي تغذي التحليل بواسطة منصتنا المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وتقييم جودة وتكلفة وشمولية قواعد البيانات هذه.
- تدريب فريق المنتجات والتكنولوجيا على فهم المفاهيم الهامة في التقييم وأبحاث الأعمال والتمويل المؤسسي لتطوير خوارزميات وسير عمل فعالة لأتمتة هذه المهام.
- الإشراف على اختبار أداء المنصة بشكل عام وقياس دقتها لبناء التحسينات واقتراحها.
- إعداد تقارير بحثية متعمقة عن الشركات والصناديق المختلفة العاملة في صناعات وبلدان متنوعة لعملاء عبر مناطق جغرافية.
- تدريب وقيادة الفريق الوظيفي في جميع جوانب التقييم وتطوير المنتجات وإدارة المشاريع والتواصل مع العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- مؤهل جامعي أو دراسات عليا في المالية / الإحصاء.
- شهادة CA/CPA/CFA أو MBA أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين في شركة تقييم من الدرجة الأولى (المكاتب الأربعة الكبرى).
- مهارات التعامل مع العملاء.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- التفكير النقدي وإدارة الوقت.
- فهم جيد للبيانات المالية ومعرفة كيفية تحليلها.
- مهارات بحث متقدمة.
- فهم المنهجيات والأساليب المختلفة للتقييم، جداول الحد الأقصى، ومنحنيات التوزيع.
- فهم المقاييس التي تستخدمها الأسهم الخاصة في اتخاذ القرارات.
- إجادة استخدام مجموعة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Associate to join our team of talented engineers and experienced financial advisory & valuation professionals. This is a FinTech role and you would be bringing your strong Valuation skills into the Technology and AI space.
Working as an Associate at 73 Strings means you will work on functional valuation aspects, required in building products that use cutting edge technology to deliver innovative solutions for the financial services industry and managing the clients independently. Be one of the first to explore the unchartered territories at the intersection of AI and Corporate Finance.

Responsibilities
- Flexibility to work from our clients site in Riyadh 5 days a week
- Work with the product development team on developing the various equity valuation products/features we are building for the financial advisory industry
- Oversea/review complex portfolio valuations, equity waterfalls, and various financial and statistical models
- Managing multiple clients independently and interacting with them (private equity/ venture capital/etc.)
- Flexibility to work from client site in Riyadh 5 days a week
- Provide demo and oversea proof-of-concept assignments for prospective clients
- Oversea/review portfolio valuation related projects, business research and valuation projects. Enhance relevant sources of data that can help fuel the analysis by our AI-powered platform and evaluate the quality, cost, and coverage of these databases
- Train the Product and the technology team in understanding important concepts in valuation, business research and corporate finance so that they can develop effective algorithms and workflows to automate these tasks
- Oversea testing of the overall platform performance and measure the accuracy of the platform to build and suggest improvements.
- Deliver in-depth research reports on various companies and funds operating in a variety of different industries and countries to clients across geographies.
- Train and lead the functional team on all aspects of valuations, product development, project management and client engagement.
- Graduate or post-graduate qualification in Finance/Statistics.
- CA/CPA, CFA, MBA or equivalent
- Must have worked a minimum of 2 years for a top tier valuation firm, i.e., Big 4s.
- Client facing skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Critical thinking and time management
- A good understanding of Financial Statements and should know how to analyze them.
- Advanced research skills.
- Understanding of various methodologies and approaches of valuations, cap tables, allocation waterfalls.
- Understanding the Metrics used by Private Equity in their decision-making.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal communication skills.
- Capable collaborator.
