تعلن شركة alfanar، إحدى الشركات السعودية الرائدة في مجال التصنيع الكهربائي والطاقة والبنية التحتية، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مدني حديث التخرج (Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer) في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتكوين فريق عمل لضمان الأداء الفعال.
  • توفير القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المهام المناسبة لكل مرؤوس وضمان التوزيع العادل للعمل للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية والتحفيز.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل والتطوير وفقاً لجداول التسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف ضمن التكلفة والوقت المناسبين.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية مفصلة توضح الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل أي مشاكل ذات صلة تطرأ ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة إلى المستوى الأعلى.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير عمليات رقابة جودة فعالة تشمل المواصفات للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق الأنظمة والسياسات والإجراءات المكتوبة المحددة جيداً، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ضمن مجال العمل لضمان السلامة والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم منتجات وخدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
  • خبرة عملية من 0 إلى 2 سنة (حديث تخرج).
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
  • مهارات إدارة الوقت والتنظيم.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات والتواصل الفعال.
  • روح المبادرة والإبداع والتفكير التحليلي.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على كتابة التقارير.
  • العمل الجماعي وتقييم المخاطر.

Job description:

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
