شركة فودكس، إحدى أسرع شركات SaaS نمواً في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، تبحث عن مسؤول مكافحة غسل الأموال (Anti Money Laundering Officer) للعمل في مكتبها الرئيسي بالرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات KYC/KYB أثناء عملية الإدراج والتحقق من اكتمال مستندات الشركة.
- التحقق من السجل التجاري (CR) والعنوان الوطني (National Address) ورمز فئة التاجر (MCC) والملكية المستفيدة (Beneficial Ownership) وملكية IBAN.
- إجراء فحص العقوبات والشخصيات البارزة سياسياً (PEP) ووسائل الإعلام السلبية (adverse media).
- إجراء العناية الواجبة المعززة (EDD) على التجار ذوي المخاطر العالية.
- مراجعة الأنماط غير المعتادة في ملفات التجار، بما فيها تقلب المعاملات وسلوك MCC غير الطبيعي والأنشطة الشبيهة بالنقد.
- الموافقة على العملاء ذوي المخاطر العالية (مثل التجار كثيفي النقد وMCC غير المعتاد والنشاط العابر للحدود بحجم كبير).
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية مع هيئة السوق المالية السعودية (SAMA) ووحدة التحريات المالية (FIU) بشأن قضايا مكافحة غسل الأموال.
- التنسيق لعمليات التفتيش التنظيمي وطلبات المعلومات وخطط العمل التصحيحية.
- مراجعة إنذارات مكافحة غسل الأموال (AML alerts) وتحليل سلوك العملاء ورفع الأنشطة المشبوهة إلى مسؤول AML الرئيسي.
- إجراء تحقيقات أولية في قضايا AML وإعداد ملخصات القضايا والمساعدة في إعداد تقارير المعاملات المشبوهة (STRs).
- الحفاظ على سجلات مكافحة غسل الأموال وسجلات التحقيقات والأدلة الداعمة وضمان التوثيق في الوقت المناسب في نظام إدارة القضايا.
- دعم تقديم التدريب على AML للموظفين الجدد والفرق التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو القانون أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنوات في مجال مكافحة غسل الأموال (AML) أو الاحتيال أو الامتثال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية ومعرفة عملية بأنظمة AML.
- المعرفة بمتطلبات SAMA لمكافحة غسل الأموال وإجراءات FIU الخاصة بـ STR (ميزة إضافية).

The Job in a Nutshell💡
Support the AML Lead in conducting daily AML monitoring, customer due diligence, investigations, and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with SAMA and FIU requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
CDD & Onboarding
- Perform KYC/KYB checks during onboarding and ensure completeness of company documents.
- Validate CR, National Address, MCC, Beneficial Ownership, and IBAN ownership.
- Perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
EDD & High-Risk Reviews - Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk merchants.
- Review unusual patterns in merchant profiles, including transaction volatility, abnormal MCC behavior, and cash-like activities.
Monitoring & Investigations - Approve high-risk clients (e.g., cash-intensive merchants, unusual MCCs, high-volume cross-border activities)
Regulatory Engagement - Act as the primary point of contact with SAMA and FIU regarding AML matters.
- Coordinate regulatory inspections, information requests, and remediation action plans.
Training & Awareness - Review AML alerts, analyze customer behavior, and escalate suspicious activity to AML Lead.
- Conduct initial AML case investigations and prepare case summaries.
- Assist in preparing STRs for submission.
Regulatory Reporting - Maintain AML logs, investigation records, and supporting evidence.
- Ensure timely documentation in the case management system.
Training & Awareness - Support the delivery of AML training to new joiners and operational teams.
What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in AML, fraud, or compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of AML systems.
- Knowledge of SAMA AML requirements and FIU STR procedures is preferred
