About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our dedicated team at Arabian Control. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems tailored to client specifications. You will collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to deliver solutions that are efficient, reliable, and scalable. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automation, control engineering, and system integration, along with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in control systems design, programming, and implementation is preferred. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, DCS, and other industrial automation software and hardware is essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex systems, and excellent communication skills are required. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems tailored to client specifications, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency. Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Program PLCs, SCADA systems, and other automation hardware/software components. Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams. Document system designs, configurations, and procedures for future reference and compliance. Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into project solutions. Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, quality requirements, and project deadlines.
