شركة PaxOcean تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير تجاري (Commercial Manager) في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- الدور يدعم العمليات التجارية لشركة PFMC (السعودية) عبر قطاعات إصلاح السفن، التحويلات، وتصنيع الكتل الهيكلية البحرية والبرية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتحسين الاستراتيجيات التجارية بما يتماشى مع اتجاهات المشاريع البحرية والبرية في الشرق الأوسط، مع التركيز على المملكة العربية السعودية.
- تولي وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التجارية لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات والأرباح في مجالات إصلاح السفن والتحويلات والتصنيع داخل المملكة.
- بناء قاعدة عملاء جدد وإجراء عملية تسجيل الموردين لجميع العملاء البحريين والبرّيين العاملين في السعودية.
- متابعة جميع العملاء الجدد للترويج لقدرات الدعم اللوجستي والخدمات للمنشأة لتحقيق مصادر إيرادات جديدة.
- معالجة استفسارات العملاء وإعداد عروض الأسعار والتعريفات التنافسية لشركة PFMC.
- متابعة المناقصات مع العملاء والوكلاء والتفاوض على العقود والمشاريع.
- القيام بأعمال التقدير والفواتير التجارية في السعودية.
- إدارة العملاء لشركة PFMC وتقديم تقارير الأعمال المنجزة.
- التعاون مع فريق العمليات في PaxOcean السعودية للحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المثلى للمواد والمستهلكات.
- ضمان التزام الأطراف الداخلية بالالتزامات التعاقدية وفهمها، وتحديد أي مخالفات للإجراءات.
- تقييم المخاطر وتقديم توصيات للتخفيف من المخاطر المحتملة.
- تقديم الدعم الوظيفي والإداري في إدارة التغيير، بما في ذلك التفاوض وتسوية أوامر التغيير/التباين مع العملاء.
- مراجعة الإجراءات والسياسات الحالية للشركة فيما يخص الإدارة التجارية وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة لتحسينها أو تحديثها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال التجارة في أحواض بناء السفن (فهم قوي لأعمال البحرية السعودية إلزامي، ويفضل التركيز على الشرق الأوسط).
- إجادة استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft (Excel / Word).
- إجادة إدارة مشاريع SAP.
- إجادة استخدام Salesforce (مفضل).
- خبرة في إدارة الفرق.
- مهارات قيادية جيدة.
- مهارات جيدة في إدارة العملاء وخدمة العملاء.
- بكالوريوس في الإدارة أو إدارة الأعمال أو دراسات بحرية.
- شهادات مهنية ذات صلة (إن وجدت).

The role supports PFMC (Saudi) commercial operations across ship repairs, conversions and marine and offshore structural blocks fabrication segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Development / improve commercial strategies in line with the trend of marine and offshore project in Middle East, focusing on Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Take charge and execute commercial strategies to meet revenue and margin targets for ship repairs, conversions, and fabrications in Kingdom.
- Establish new clients pool and carry out vendor registration process for all Marine and Offshore customers operating in KSA.
- Follow up on all new clients to promote Supply Base capabilities and service support to bring in new revenue streams.
- Handle enquiries from customers and manage competitive quotations/tariffs for PFMC.
- Follow-up the tenders with customers and agents and negotiating the Contracts/Projects.
- Carry out estimating and commercial invoicing in KSA.
- Handle client management for PFMC and submission of work done reports.
- Work with the PaxOcean Saudi Operations team to maintain optimal critical inventory levels for materials and consumables.
- Ensure internal stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations and determine when processes violate regulations.
- To be able to assess risks and make recommendations to mitigate potential risks identified.
- Provide functional and management support in the management of Change, including negotiation and settlement of Change/Variation Orders with the clients.
- Review of existing company procedures and policies on commercial management and provide constructive feedback for refining/updating of the existing procedures.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the commercial - Shipyard. (Strong grasp of Saudi Maritime Business a MUST, Middle East Centric Preferred)
- Conversant in Microsoft applications (Excel / Word)
- Conversant in SAP Project Management
- Conversant in Salesforce (Preferred)
- Team management experience
- Good leadership skills.
- Good client management and customer service skills.
