نبذة عن الوظيفة
- الانضمام إلى فريق سلسلة التوريد العالمي لشركة SC Johnson، مع التركيز على الإدارة المالية لموقع التصنيع في جدة.
- تشمل المهام الرئيسية مراقبة الأداء، إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات، إدارة النفقات الرأسمالية (CAPEX)، دعم برامج توفير التكاليف، والالتزام الصارم بإطار الرقابة والامتثال.
- التواصل الوثيق مع فريق سلسلة التوريد الإقليمي لمنطقة AMET، وفريق التكاليف الإقليمي في إيطاليا، والمقر الإقليمي لمنطقة MENAPT في تركيا، بالإضافة إلى مركز الخدمات المشتركة في القاهرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة الأداء: تقديم الميزانيات وإدارة الأداء المالي لموقع التصنيع مع التركيز على أحجام الإنتاج، تكلفة التحويل، والتوفير في التكاليف. إعداد تقارير قابلة للتنفيذ لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مع تعليقات عمل مناسبة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- الميزانية والتوقعات: تقديم تحديثات دقيقة للتوقعات للموقع التصنيعي وفق عملية S&OP بهدف التحكم في التكاليف الموردة وتحسينها عبر سلسلة التوريد، بما في ذلك امتصاص التكاليف، النفقات التشغيلية، فروقات المواد، فروقات الكفاءة، وتسليط الضوء على المخاطر والفرص المتعلقة بأداء المصنع المستقبلي.
- إدارة النفقات الرأسمالية: قيادة إعداد مقترحات الاستثمار الرأسمالي، تحديد وقياس محركات التكاليف أو الفوائد، وإجراء تحليل العائد على الاستثمار (ROI). توجيه المؤسسة للحصول على موافقة الإدارة العليا، وضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بما يتوافق مع المقترحات المعتمدة، وتحسين أنظمة تتبع الإنفاق الرأسمالي.
- توفير التكاليف: دعم المؤسسة في تحديد وقياس فرص توفير التكاليف من خلال تحليل دقيق للقضاء على جميع أشكال الهدر عبر سلسلة التوريد مع التركيز على التصنيع، بما في ذلك تحسين إنتاجية المعدات (OEE)، إعادة توزيع الموارد غير المثلى، تقليل الهدر، ودراسات التوريد والاستراتيجية. التأثير على فريق سلسلة التوريد لاتخاذ قرارات تؤدي إلى أداء مالي قوي للمصنع، وإعداد التوصيات ودعم التنفيذ.
- الرقابة المالية والامتثال: تحسين بيئة الرقابة الداخلية باستمرار وفق إطار الرقابة الخاص بقانون ساربينز-أوكسلي مع التركيز على رقابة التصنيع والمخزون. العمل كسفير للرقابة الداخلية لضمان تطبيق أفضل الممارسات في الموقع، وكونك نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للمدققين الخارجيين والداخليين. تنفيذ تحسينات العمليات بناءً على توصيات التدقيق الداخلي العالمي، مع دعم تقديم التقارير الإلزامية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الاقتصاد، المالية، أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات بعد التخرج.
- فهم ممتاز للمحاسبة، ويفضل أن يشمل خبرة سابقة في مبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عمومًا في الولايات المتحدة (US GAAP).
- مهارات كمبيوتر قوية: Microsoft Office, SCALA, SAP/BPC.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
- التزام قوي ومستوى عالٍ من النزاهة.
- مهارات تحليلية وتواصل ممتازة.

About The Role
The role is part of SC Johnson’s Global Supply Chain organization and is responsible for the financial management of the manufacturing site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Main activities include performance monitoring, budgeting & forecasting, CAPEX management, overall support of the cost saving program and rigorously drive adherence to controls & compliance framework. The role will have a strong connection with the regional AMET Supply Chain team across multiple locations in the AMET Region, the regional Costing team based in Italy, as well as the regional MENAPT headquarter based in Turkey. At the same time, the position will ensure continuity in financial reporting in strong collaboration with SC Johnson’s Shared Services Center team based in Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring: deliver budgets and manage financial performance of the manufacturing site with focus on volumes produced, conversion cost and cost savings delivered. Prepare actionable reporting of key performance measures by providing timely and relevant business commentaries.
Budgeting and Forecasting: provide accurate forecast updates for the manufacturing site following the S&OP process aimed at controlling and optimizing delivered costs across the supply chain. This includes absorption, functional expenses, material variances, efficiency variances process and highlight risks & opportunities with regards to future plant performance.
CAPEX Management: lead the preparation capital investment proposals, identify & quantify drivers of costs or benefits and perform Return-on-Investment (ROI) analysis. Guide organization to obtain sign-off by senior management, ensure project execution is in line with approved investment proposals and improve capital project spending tracking systems.
Cost Savings: support organization on identification and quantification of cost saving opportunities through thorough analysis to eliminate all forms of waste across the supply chain with focus on manufacturing. This includes optimization of equipment productivity (OEE), sub-optimal allocation of resources, waste reduction and sourcing & strategy studies. Influence the supply chain team to take decisions which will result in strong plant (financial) performance, prepare recommendations and support implementation.
Financial Controls & Compliance: Continuously improve internal controls environment following the Sarbanes-Oxley control framework with focus on manufacturing & inventory controls. Be an ambassador for internal controls to ensure best-in-class controls are in operation at the site and act as main point of contact for external and internal auditors. Implement process improvements based on recommendations made by global internal audit while support the delivery against statutory reporting requirements

Required Experience You’ll Bring
- University Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management with minimum of 5-7 years post-qualification experience
- Excellent accountancy understanding, ideally incl. previous exposure to US GAAP.
- Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office, SCALA, SAP/BPC.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong commitment and high level of integrity.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to be involved in financial details, yet able to take a broader view of business issues.
- Ability to think strategically and drive the right actions for the longer-term benefit of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborative work style
- Self-motivated “can do” attitude, showing a high degree of initiative.
- Prior experience in a FMCG and supply chain is a plus, though not essentially required.
