Role Description The Director of Investments - Real Estate & Hospitality Company is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. This position oversees the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate and hospitality investment opportunities, including commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. The director manages investment analysis, financial modeling, feasibility studies, and due diligence to support informed decision-making and portfolio growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading lease negotiations, coordinating lease administration activities, and working closely with property management teams to optimize asset performance and returns. The role also involves developing investment strategies, preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership, and maintaining relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Strong finance skills, including investment analysis, financial modeling, and feasibility assessment.
• Experience in lease negotiations and structuring lease agreements for commercial and hospitality assets.
• Knowledge of leases and lease administration processes, including documentation, compliance, and renewal management.
• Background in property management with the ability to oversee asset performance and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, real estate certification) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in real estate and hospitality investments within Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
