شركة أسمو (ASMO)، المشروع المشترك بين DHL وأرامكو السعودية، تعلن عن وظيفة محلل شريك أعمال العملاء - تقنية المعلومات في المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف الشركة لتقديم خدمات متكاملة للمشتريات وسلسلة الإمداد للقطاعات الصناعية والطاقة والكيماويات، وستكون عملياتها جاهزة في 2025.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يوفر هذا الدور دعماً تشغيلياً وتنسيقياً وتوثيقياً وتحليلياً لأنشطة التقنية الموجهة للعملاء في مجالات الانضمام، الطلب إلى التسليم، التكامل، الأمور التجارية، والمبادرات التشغيلية. يعمل المحلل تحت إشراف مدير شريك أعمال العملاء لدعم التقاط وتوضيح وتنسيق وتتبع متطلبات الأعمال للعملاء، مع ضمان اكتمالها وتوثيقها ومتابعتها بشكل منضبط عبر قنوات الحوكمة المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم مدير شريك أعمال العملاء في إعداد مدخلات متطلبات الأعمال لجلسات الحوكمة، مراجعات انضمام العملاء، مناقشات الجاهزية التجارية، ودورات التخطيط السنوية.
  • التقاط وتسجيل وتصنيف وصيانة متطلبات الأعمال والتقنية للعملاء في سجل أو أداة workflow متفق عليها.
  • إجراء تأهيل أولي للمتطلبات للتأكد من اكتمالها ووضوحها وملاءمتها التجارية.
  • توضيح أهداف العملاء والنتائج المتوقعة والتبعيات واحتياجات التكامل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • إعداد مدخلات تحديد الأوليات بناءً على معايير مثل القيمة للعميل، الإيرادات، التوافق الاستراتيجي، والكفاءة التشغيلية.
  • الحفاظ على لوحات المعلومات وحزم التقارير الإدارية المحدثة لمراجعة المدير.
  • التنسيق بين فرق الأعمال الموجهة للعملاء وفرق تسليم التقنية على مستوى العمل، ورفع القضايا والمخاطر إلى المدير.
  • دعم أنشطة الطلب إلى التسليم المتعلقة بالتقنية، بما في ذلك توثيق متطلبات التقنية واحتياجات التكامل لفرص العملاء وانضمام الشركات التابعة.
  • المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لممارسات إدارة متطلبات العملاء وتجربة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • ضمان امتثال أنشطة إدارة المتطلبات لمعايير الجودة والأمان والسرية والتعامل مع المعلومات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، إدارة الأعمال، نظم المعلومات الإدارية، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة مثل شراكة أعمال العملاء، تحليل الأعمال، إدارة الطلب على التقنية، تنسيق المشاريع، أو دعم تسليم التقنية.
  • خبرة في العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة من جهة الأعمال والفرق التقنية متعددة الوظائف.
  • خبرة في الخدمات اللوجستية، سلسلة الإمداد، المشتريات، التخزين، انضمام العملاء، أو عمليات الطلب إلى التسليم تعتبر ميزة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم قوي لممارسات شراكة أعمال العملاء وإدارة الطلب وتحليل الأعمال.
  • القدرة على جمع وهيكلة وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال للعملاء والاحتياجات التشغيلية.
  • فهم جيد لدورة حياة انضمام العملاء وتسليم التقنية من الاستلام إلى التقييم والاعتماد والحل والتسليم والإغلاق.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) وأدوات التقارير الأساسية؛ الإلمام بـ ServiceNow أو Jira أو Power BI ميزة.

ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

 

Objective:

The role provides structured operational, coordination, documentation, and analytical support for ASMO’s customer-facing Technology engagement across onboarding, Order-to-Deliver, integration, commercial, and operational initiatives.

Operating under managerial direction, the role supports the Customer Business Partner Manager by capturing, clarifying, coordinating, and tracking customer business requirements, ensuring requests are complete, accurately documented, routed through the agreed governance channels, and followed up in a disciplined manner. The role is not accountable for final prioritisation, budget approval, solution ownership, or strategic decision-making.

General Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Business Partner Manager in preparing customer business requirement inputs for governance forums, customer onboarding reviews, commercial readiness discussions, and annual planning cycles.
  • Maintain and improve standard customer intake templates, requirement documentation, prioritization inputs, reporting formats, and governance materials in line with manager direction.
  • Capture, log, classify, and maintain customer business and technology requirements in the agreed register, tracker, or workflow tool.
  • Conduct first-level requirement qualification, ensuring customer requests are complete, clear, commercially relevant, and ready for review by the Customer Business Partner Manager and Technology teams.
  • Clarify customer objectives, expected outcomes, urgency, dependencies, integration needs, operational impacts, budget assumptions, and success criteria with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare prioritisation inputs using agreed criteria such as customer value, revenue enablement, strategic alignment, urgency, feasibility, risk mitigation, operational efficiency, stakeholder impact, and innovation potential; final prioritisation remains with the manager and governance forums.
  • Maintain updated customer requirement trackers, status dashboards, action logs, and management reporting packs for manager review.
  • Act as a working-level coordination point between customer-facing business teams and Technology delivery teams; escalate issues, risks, decisions, and conflicts to the Customer Business Partner Manager.
  • Support customer engagement sessions, onboarding workshops, and requirement clarification meetings by preparing materials, capturing notes, tracking actions, and following up on agreed next steps.
  • Support Technology-related Order-to-Deliver activities for customer opportunities, affiliate onboarding, and commercial initiatives, including documenting customer technology requirements, integration needs, process impacts, and delivery assumptions.
  • Coordinate inputs from applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, enterprise architecture, and operations teams; support preparation of first-level IT impact assessment inputs for customer requirements.
  • Identify scope, cost, timeline, dependency, customer experience, and delivery risks early and escalate them to the Customer Business Partner Manager for direction or decision-making.
  • Operate within the IT Business Partner organisation as a specialist support role reporting to the Customer Business Partner Manager, contributing to improved workflow between customer-facing teams, Technology delivery teams, and the customer business partnering function.
  • Support coordination with Commercial, Procurement, and Finance where customer requirements require budget, sourcing, or commercial input; provide documentation and analysis while budget ownership and approvals remain with the relevant manager, function, or governance authority.
  • Contribute to continual improvement of customer requirement management practices and stakeholder experience, considering leading practices in customer business partnering and demand governance.
  • Support standardization of customer intake templates, requirement documentation, prioritization scoring, reporting formats, and governance materials to increase operational effectiveness within the customer business partnering process.
  • Maintain updated customer requirement dashboards and management reporting packs, ensuring reports are prepared timely, accurately, and meet IT Business Partner department requirements.
  • Ensure customer requirement management activities comply with relevant quality, security, confidentiality, and information handling standards across the IT Business Partner department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Exposure to customer business partnering, business relationship management, Order-to-Deliver processes, IT governance, portfolio management, demand planning, project intake, service management, or business case preparation is preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, in customer business partnering, business analysis, IT demand management, project coordination, business relationship management, customer onboarding, or technology delivery support
  • Experience working with customer-facing business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, warehousing, customer onboarding, commercial operations, or Order-to-Deliver processes is an advantage

Core Competency:

  • Strong understanding of customer business partnering, demand management, and business analysis practices.
  • Ability to gather, structure, and document customer business requirements, operational needs, and decision inputs.
  • Good understanding of customer onboarding and technology delivery lifecycle from intake to assessment, approval, solutioning, delivery, and closure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and basic reporting tools; familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or Power BI is an advantage.

Leadership Competency:

  • Strong coordination, follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the judgement to escalate risks, decisions, and conflicts appropriately to the Customer Business Partner Manager.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, business-focused, and comfortable operating as a specialist individual contributor in a fast-moving environment under manager direction.

  • Requirement quality: Percentage of customer requirements captured with complete required information.
  • Turnaround time: Improved time to qualify and route customer requirements for assessment.
  • Pipeline visibility: Accuracy and timeliness of customer requirement register, dashboard, and status reporting.
  • Governance discipline: Number of customer requirements assessed, documented, and submitted with complete prioritization inputs through the agreed process.
  • Stakeholder experience: Customer and business stakeholder satisfaction with engagement quality, clarity, and follow-through.
  • Efficiency: Reduction in unclear, duplicated, or overlapping customer technology requests.
