تعلن شركة لوسيد (Lucid) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي II لتخصص اختبار نهاية الخط (EOL) والتحقق من المحولات في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- حل مشكلات المكونات/النظام المعقدة باستخدام تقنيات حل المشكلات القياسية لمكونات محول الطاقة وواجهة البرامج المرتبطة بها.
- تحليل استباقي قائم على البيانات لحل المشكلات، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتجنب المشكلات الناتجة عن انحرافات العمليات أو مشكلات جودة القطع الحرجة.
- بناء الخبرة الفنية لاستكشاف أخطاء جميع مكونات محول الطاقة ومعدات اختبار EOL المرتبطة بها ومواصفات الاختبار.
- المسؤولية عن متطلبات التجميع وفقاً لتصميم محول الطاقة وتطبيقها على خط الإنتاج بالتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
- دعم إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة وتنفيذ انحرافات التنازل عن القطع لمكونات محول الطاقة ومواصفات الاختبار المرتبطة في المصنع.
- دعم أنشطة زيادة الإنتاج بكميات كبيرة المتعلقة بأنشطة هندسة المنتج.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن تطوير عملية التجميع والتحسينات الممكنة لخطوط الإنتاج عالية الحجم.
- قيادة إدارة تغيير المنتج لمعالجة مشكلات توافق المنتج المعروفة أو مشكلات تصميم المنتج في الإنتاج بالتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
المهارات المطلوبة
- حل مشكلات المنتج المنظم وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية باستخدام تقنيات الصناعة المعيارية.
- تحليل البيانات المتقدم باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية وأدوات مثل Minitab وJMP وPython وMATLAB.
- خبرة فنية في مكونات محول الطاقة، بما في ذلك الواجهات المرتبطة واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- خبرة في الدوائر الإلكترونية التناظرية والرقمية.
- إتقان استخدام معدات المختبر مثل راسمات الذبذبات ومولدات الإشارات والمجسات وأجهزة تحليل الطاقة ومصادر الطاقة DC/AC.
- معرفة التوافق الكهرومغناطيسي (EMC) والاختبار الوظيفي لمحول الطاقة.
- معرفة بروتوكولات الاتصال واستكشاف الأخطاء المرتبطة بها.
- إتقان أدوات DFMEA وPFMEA وخطط التحكم وDVP&R وDFM/DFA وRCA.
- إتقان أدوات Atlassian بما في ذلك Jira وConfluence.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعاون متعدد الوظائف وتوثيق الجوانب الفنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس العلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة مع 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في صناعة السيارات في تصميم السمات وإصدارها، أو درجة ماجستير العلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة مع 6+ سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في صناعة السيارات.
- خبرة سابقة في دور هندسي مقيم للمنتج داخل مصنع تصنيع.
- خبرة في تطوير أو تحسين منتجات محولات الطاقة.
- شهادة الحزام الأخضر أو الأسود في Six Sigma.
- شهادة Engineering-in-Training (EIT) أو شهادة في أساسيات الهندسة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في فرق FSAE أو BAJA أو ما شابه ذلك على مستوى الجامعة.

Position Overview
Sr. Electrical Engineer, Inverter is responsible for design intent assembly requirements of Inverter Power Electronics & associated EOL test specifications. Responsible for root cause analysis of product issues, interim containment action development/verification/implementation, & permanent corrective action development/verification/implementation where applicable with close collaboration with core engineering to ensure design intent & validation requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex component/system level problems using standard problem-solving techniques for inverter power electronics & associated software interface
- Data driven proactive problem solving, root cause analysis & issue avoidance due to process deviations or critical part quality issues
- Establish technical depth to troubleshoot all Inverter Power Electronics components and associated interface EOL test equipment/test specifications
- Responsible for design intent assembly requirements for Inverter Power Electronics assembly & associated enforcement on the line in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support new product launches, execute part concession deviations for Inverter Power Electronics & associated test specification in the manufacturing plant
- Support high volume production ramp activities pertaining to product engineering activities
- Advice on build process development and possible improvements for high volume production lines
- Lead product change management to address known product compatibility issues for high volume production or known product design issues in production in close collaboration with cross-functional teams where appropriate
Skills
- Structured product problem-solving and root cause analysis using industry-standard techniques
- Advanced data analysis using statistical methods and tools such as Minitab, JMP, Python, and MATLAB
- Technical expertise in Inverter Power Electronics, including associated interfaces and troubleshooting
- Expertise in analog and digital electronic circuits
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, probes, power analyzers, and DC/AC power supplies
- Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility and Power Electronics functional testing
- Knowledge of communication protocols and associated troubleshooting
- Proficiency in DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, DVP&R, DFM/DFA, and RCA
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and technical documentation skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 5+ years of automotive experience in vehicle attribute design and release, or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 6+ years of relevant automotive experience
- Prior experience in a resident product engineering role within a manufacturing plant
- Experience in the development or improvement of Power Electronics products
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or certification in engineering fundamentals
- Collegiate FSAE, BAJA, or similar experience is preferred
