Job Description

Dallah Albaraka Holding is seeking a qualified Compound Manager to join its subsidiary, Wakan International Residential Compounds Co. Ltd.

The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a residential compound comprising approximately 250 residential units, overseeing resident services, ensuring high standards of hospitality and facility maintenance, and enhancing resident satisfaction. The position also focuses on improving occupancy rates and supporting marketing and sales activities to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of hospitality and compound management plans in alignment with the company's objectives and business plans.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of hospitality policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential compound to ensure operational efficiency and high service standards.
• Prepare and monitor the compound's operational budget, ensuring effective cost control and resource management.
• Set departmental objectives, supervise staff performance, and develop and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.
• Plan, organize, and oversee residential services, including housekeeping, maintenance, and other hospitality-related activities, to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ensure that all compound facilities, residential units, and common areas are properly maintained and kept in good condition.
• Monitor occupancy rates and implement initiatives to improve occupancy and maximize the utilization of residential units.
• Coordinate and support marketing, leasing, and sales activities to attract prospective residents and maintain high occupancy levels.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, address their concerns, and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, including residential compound management.
• Proven experience in occupancy management, marketing, leasing, and sales.
• Experience managing large-scale residential compounds is preferred.

• Effective customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and operational performance management.
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant management systems.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
