Marafiq تعلن عن وظيفة Expert Operator, Control Room في الشرقية الجبيل السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة التشغيلية من خلال نظام التحكم الموزع DCS والمراقبة المستمرة والتحكم في معلمات التشغيل والإنذارات لمحطة التحلية وإمداد المياه البحرية وجميع الأنظمة ذات الصلة، واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لتصحيح الانحرافات لضمان استمرارية العمليات وإنتاج المياه وإمدادات مياه البحر بطريقة آمنة وموثوقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تسليم المناوبة: مراجعة مع مشغل التحكم الخارج عن المناوبة أنشطة المناوبة السابقة مثل التوقفات والإغلاقات والانطلاقات والانحرافات عن معايير التشغيل العادية لضمان معالجة المشكلات المستمرة حسب الحاجة.
- مراجعة سجل المناوبة السابق وملء أوراق التسجيل والأوراق الأخرى المحددة لتحديد حالة كل وحدة. فحص المعلمات والإنذارات وحمل الوحدة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للانحرافات وفقًا للإجراءات المقررة وإبلاغ مشرف المناوبة للحصول على مزيد من المشورة والإجراءات.
- فحص وتسجيل القراءات والإنذارات ومعلمات العملية والشبكة الكهربائية إلخ للمصنع/النظام/المعدات والملحقات ذات الصلة وإبلاغ مشرف المناوبة عن أي انحرافات أو حالات غير طبيعية للحصول على المشورة والإجراءات المناسبة.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات وتعليمات السلامة والجودة والرقابة البيئية ذات الصلة لضمان عدم تعريض السلامة الشخصية للآخرين للخطر وضمان الحد الأدنى من التأثير على المنتج/الخدمة والبيئة.
- المراقبة المستمرة لمعلمات وإنذارات التحلية وإمداد المياه البحرية وجميع الأنظمة ذات الصلة واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لتصحيح الانحرافات لضمان استمرارية العمليات وإنتاج المياه ومياه البحر.
- إجراء فحوصات روتينية للمعدات/النظام وجميع الاختبارات الروتينية والتحويل بالتنسيق مع المشغل الميداني والمشرف وجميع الأطراف ذات الصلة، وملء السجلات والحفاظ عليها.
- التنسيق والعزل مع المشغلين الميدانيين ومشرف المناوبة لمعالجة الانحرافات عن المعايير الطبيعية والمشكلات في الأنظمة الكهربائية للمصنع بما في ذلك عزل المعدات والملحقات وتشغيل النظام الكهربائي وعمليات التبديل للشبكة.
- التواصل والتنسيق مع جميع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية للحفاظ على الواجهات والتحكم في توريد الموارد مثل المياه ومياه البحر والبخار والمواد الكيميائية وعودة المكثفات والهواء العملياتي إلخ.
- التصرف والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ؛ اتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة لتثبيت المشكلة قدر الإمكان مع إبلاغ مشرف المناوبة والأطراف الأخرى كما هو موضح في الإجراءات لحماية الوحدة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير والإجراءات وتقديم الملاحظات والتوصيات للتحسين عند الضرورة.
- الحفاظ على تقارير دقيقة ومفصلة تشمل حالة المصنع والأنشطة الرئيسية والحوادث والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات أو حالات غير طبيعية أو مشكلات والاحتفاظ بها كمرجع.
- المشاركة وتقديم الدعم لتدريب مشغلي غرفة التحكم الجدد وضمان نقل المعرفة والخبرة للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الكفاءة.
- الحفاظ على النظافة المناسبة في غرفة التحكم وضمان عمل جميع مرافق المكتب بشكل صحيح.
- مراجعة وتحليل تقارير المختبر للتحقق من الامتثال لمعايير جودة المياه وتحديد أي انحرافات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء تقييمات منتظمة لتوفر المعدات وإعداد تقارير أسبوعية توضح المعدات غير الوظيفية وتحديد المشكلات الأساسية واقتراح الحلول لضمان كفاءة تشغيلية مثلى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 4 سنوات خبرة تشغيلية ذات صلة في محطات في بيئة صناعية كبيرة لحملة الدبلوم، أو 6-8 سنوات خبرة تشغيلية ذات صلة في محطات في بيئة صناعية كبيرة لخريجي الثانوية العامة.
- سنتين خبرة كمشغل ميداني.

Job Purpose

Carry out all operational activities through DCS and keep continuous controlling & monitoring operating parameters and alarms of Desal/SWC and all related systems and take appropriate action to correct deviations to ensure continuity of operations and production of water and seawater supply in a safe and reliable manner.
Key Duties & Responsibility
- Shift take over - review with outgoing shift control operator the activities of the previous shift such as, tripping, shut-downs, start-ups, deviations from normal operating standards, etc. to ensure that continuing problems are handled as necessary.
- Review logbook from previous shift and fill log sheets and other assigned sheets to determine condition/status of each unit. Check parameters, alarms, unit load, take corrective action in respect of deviations according to established procedures and report to Shift supervisor for further advice and action.
- Check and record readings, alarms, process parameters, electrical network etc. for plant/system/equipment and related auxiliaries and report abnormalities or deviations to shift supervisor for advice and further action.
- Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety of others is not jeopardized, and a minimum level of product/service and environmental impact can be guarantee.
- Continuous monitoring for parameters and alarms of Desal/SWC and all related systems and take appropriate action to correct deviations to ensure continuity of operations and production of water and seawater
- Conduct routine equipment/system check, all routine tests and change over, routine test in coordination with field operator, supervisor and all related parties, and fill/maintain record.
- Coordinate/isolate with Field Operators and shift supervisor to resolve deviations from normal standards and problems on the plant electrical systems including isolation of equipment and auxiliaries, operating the electrical system, switching operation of the network.
- Communicate and coordinate with all internal/external parties to maintain and control interfaces and resources supply such as water, seawater, steam, chemical, condensate return, process air etc.
- Act and response to emergency situations; take appropriate steps to stabilize the problem as much as possible while simultaneously informing shift supervisor and other parties as indicated in the procedures to safeguard the unit.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standard and procedures, provide feedback and recommendation for improvement where necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports including plant status, main activities and incidents and report any deviations, abnormalities, or issues and keep as a reference.
- Participate and provide support to train new control room operator, insure knowledge and experience transfer to maintain high level of capability.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in Control Room and insure all desk facility proper working.
- Review and analyze laboratory reports to verify compliance with water quality standards, identify any deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular assessments of equipment availability and prepare weekly reports outlining non-functional equipment, identifying underlying issues, and proposing solutions to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- 4 years’ relevant plant operational experience in a large industrial environment for a Diploma holder, OR
- 6 - 8 years’ relevant plant operational experience in a large industrial environment for a High School graduate.
- 2 years’ Field Operator experience.
