نبذة عن الوظيفة
مهندس كهربائي مسؤول عن متطلبات تجميع التصميم لوحدة العاكس (Inverter Power Electronics) ومواصفات اختبار نهاية الخط (EOL) المرتبطة بها. يشمل الدور تحليل الأسباب الجذرية للمشكلات، وتطوير إجراءات الاحتواء المؤقتة والتحقق منها وتنفيذها، بالإضافة إلى تطوير الإجراءات التصحيحية الدائمة والتحقق منها وتنفيذها بالتعاون الوثيق مع فرق الهندسة الأساسية لضمان تحقيق متطلبات التصميم والتحقق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- حل مشكلات معقدة على مستوى المكونات/الأنظمة باستخدام تقنيات حل المشكلات القياسية لوحدة العاكس (Inverter Power Electronics) وواجهة البرمجيات المرتبطة بها.
- حل المشكلات الاستباقي القائم على البيانات، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتجنب المشكلات الناتجة عن انحرافات العمليات أو مشكلات جودة القطع الحرجة.
- بناء عمق تقني لاستكشاف أخطاء جميع مكونات وحدة العاكس ومعدات اختبار EOL المرتبطة بها ومواصفات الاختبار.
- المسؤولية عن متطلبات تجميع التصميم لوحدة العاكس وإنفاذها على خط الإنتاج بالتعاون الوثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.

- قيادة إدارة تغيير المنتج لمعالجة مشكلات التوافق المعروفة للمنتج في الإنتاج عالي الحجم أو مشكلات تصميم المنتج المعروفة، بالتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة + 5 سنوات خبرة في مجال السيارات في تصميم وإطلاق السمات (attribute design and release)، أو درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة + 6 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في مجال السيارات.
- خبرة سابقة في دور هندسي مقيم (resident product engineering) داخل مصنع تصنيع.
- خبرة في تطوير أو تحسين منتجات Power Electronics.
- شهادة Six Sigma Green Belt أو Black Belt.
- شهادة Engineering-in-Training (EIT) أو شهادة في أساسيات الهندسة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في FSAE أو BAJA الجامعية أو ما شابه ذلك.
المهارات المطلوبة
- حل مشكلات المنتج الهيكلي وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية باستخدام تقنيات قياسية في الصناعة.

Position Overview
Sr. Electrical Engineer, Inverter is responsible for design intent assembly requirements of Inverter Power Electronics & associated EOL test specifications. Responsible for root cause analysis of product issues, interim containment action development/verification/implementation, & permanent corrective action development/verification/implementation where applicable with close collaboration with core engineering to ensure design intent & validation requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex component/system level problems using standard problem-solving techniques for inverter power electronics & associated software interface
- Data driven proactive problem solving, root cause analysis & issue avoidance due to process deviations or critical part quality issues
- Establish technical depth to troubleshoot all Inverter Power Electronics components and associated interface EOL test equipment/test specifications
- Responsible for design intent assembly requirements for Inverter Power Electronics assembly & associated enforcement on the line in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support new product launches, execute part concession deviations for Inverter Power Electronics & associated test specification in the manufacturing plant
- Support high volume production ramp activities pertaining to product engineering activities
- Advice on build process development and possible improvements for high volume production lines
- Lead product change management to address known product compatibility issues for high volume production or known product design issues in production in close collaboration with cross-functional teams where appropriate
- Structured product problem-solving and root cause analysis using industry-standard techniques
- Advanced data analysis using statistical methods and tools such as Minitab, JMP, Python, and MATLAB
- Technical expertise in Inverter Power Electronics, including associated interfaces and troubleshooting
- Expertise in analog and digital electronic circuits
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, probes, power analyzers, and DC/AC power supplies
- Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility and Power Electronics functional testing
- Knowledge of communication protocols and associated troubleshooting
- Proficiency in DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, DVP&R, DFM/DFA, and RCA
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and technical documentation skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 5+ years of automotive experience in vehicle attribute design and release, or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 6+ years of relevant automotive experience
- Prior experience in a resident product engineering role within a manufacturing plant
- Experience in the development or improvement of Power Electronics products
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or certification in engineering fundamentals
- Collegiate FSAE, BAJA, or similar experience is preferred
