نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا الدور توفير جميع الموارد واللوجستيات اللازمة لتنفيذ أنشطة الخدمة والصيانة في مواقع العملاء، بما يشمل صيانة وإصلاح وتجديد منتجات GEV Power Conversion & Storage الحالية والمباعة، خاصة الآلات الكهربائية الدوارة (المحركات المتزامنة والحثية والمولدات وأنظمة الإثارة). يشمل ذلك جميع أنواع خدمات الصيانة (الوقائية والتصحيحية)، وإدارة مرافق الصيانة وهندسة الخدمات الميدانية. يكون شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولاً عن جودة عمله الخاص، ويعمل ضمن إطار عمليات محدد الخطوات تحت إشراف مباشر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء التركيب والتشغيل والتجديد والبدء والصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال وترقية الآلات المتزامنة والحثية وأنظمة الإثارة وAVR في مواقع العملاء.
- الاستجابة لطلبات الإصلاح والخدمات الطارئة.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والمساعدة لممثلي العملاء بشأن التركيب والتشغيل والمعايرة والإصلاح والصيانة في مواقع العملاء.
- كتابة التقارير الفنية، وطلب المواد، والحصول على عروض الأسعار، وإعداد تقارير حالة العمل، وتقارير العملاء، وجداول الدوام، ومستندات المصروفات بشكل كامل وفي الوقت المناسب وبأساس شامل.
- تقديم القيادة والتوجيه الفني للعمالة الماهرة التي تنفذ الأعمال في مواقع العملاء.
- الحفاظ على عقلية سلامة قوية لضمان أن العمل المنفذ يعكس المتطلبات الفنية ضمن معايير السلامة الخاصة بـ GE.
- إعداد تقارير فنية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لسجلات العملاء وكمرجع لأعمال الصيانة المستقبلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية/الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الصيانة الميدانية للمحركات والمولدات الكهربائية.
- القدرة والرغبة في السفر بنسبة تصل إلى 80% من الوقت حسب الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة والرغبة في امتلاك والحفاظ على رخصة قيادة سارية.
- القدرة والرغبة في العمل عن بعد حسب الحاجة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.

Job Description Summary
All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing GEV Power Conversion & Storage products mainly for electrical rotating machines : synchronous & induction motors and generators and excitation systems . Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Accountable for the quality of own work.
Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, Commissioning, refurbishment, Startup, Maintenance,
- Trouble Shooting & Upgrading of synchronous and induction machines and excitation & AVR systems.
- Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services.
- Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites .
- Writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis.
- Provide leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites.
- Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university·
- Minimum of 5 years of field maintenance experience with electrical motors and generators.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time, as required.
- Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ability and willingness to work remotely; as required.
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Prior field services experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Prior project management experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
